I was there from 06 to 08.05.23.
A cozy hotel in the quiet center of Minsk, beautiful and spacious rooms in a classic style.Breakfast was included in the price.The choice is not big, but it is very enough and delicious.Polite staff.The center of the movement is 10 minutes away and it did not bother to walk along the clean streets of Minsk.If I am in Minsk, we will definitely stop at the Polonaise.

A great hotel, we took a suite for 1 night, 2 rooms, the bed is excellent, the service is perfect. Breakfast is also super, omelette, pancakes, cheesecakes, coffee, tea, juices.
The location is good right in the city center. There is a parking lot.
Of the small disadvantages, a small refrigerator and not very good shower accessories.

Excellent hotel, convenient location. Polite, friendly staff, takes into account all wishes. The room (two-room suite) is clean and cozy, cleaning and changing towels every day. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. We've been there twice, we'll be back soon!

I had a rest in March 2023. The hotel is centrally located, conveniently located from the metro, cafes, shops, near the opera and Ballet theater. The bright colors of the furniture and decoration of the room, a comfortable bed, quiet, the necessary shower accessories were replenished daily, the room was cleaned daily. There is a hair dryer.Delicious plentiful breakfasts. The staff is polite, smiling, and always helpful. Despite my early arrival, the room was ready and I was immediately checked in, which was nice and allowed me to start my vacation! Thanks to the administrator Tatiana) upon request, a teapot and necessary dishes will be brought to the room. There are drinks in the mini bar, the price is adequate. A wedding was celebrated a year ago in this institution, the waitress was a busechka at that time, but the administrator was just rude that day, walked around the evening with a dissatisfied face, shouted and shook her rights. At 23:00, she promised to throw everyone out together with the guards. We saw only half of the food on the table. If suddenly your photographer wants to take a picture of your cake, then he will be thrown out without letting you do it, saying that there is nothing to take pictures, everything is ruined. The wedding was ruined, it would have been better to go somewhere else!!! Also, the restaurant cannot have 5 stars according to reviews, since it does not correspond at all.

I have stayed many times over the past 5 years. The hotel is very clean and cozy. Everything is well maintained - as it opened yesterday, there are no signs of wear. Everything that should work works in the room: lamps, televisions, faucets, shower heads, etc. The staff is 5 stars in gloss and sincere friendliness.
