Handled a complete repainting of the Volkswagen Caddy 4 cargo van (repainted from orange to dark gray). They promised to start work the next day after the agreed date and within 3 weeks (this suited me because the car was leased and it was necessary to put it on the route faster, although the price was overstated), I drove the car and left the car as agreed. The work started a week later. As a result, the car was taken from repair after 4 months, brought the curtains on the door to be changed, lost and not changed, after investigation they were found in the repair area, and an invoice was re-issued for the replacement and painting of the curtains. The quality of the work is simply TERRIBLE! The curtains were not painted, rust appeared on the wings really before the transfer of the car, the gaps on the bumpers on the doors were oblique, the interior was dirty (after cleaning, chemical cleaning was done).They tore off 3 skins for painting!I left the car again under warranty to eliminate the jambs for another 3 weeks. During all the proceedings, they were rude (master Bizuk Alexander) subsequently did not even apologize! (Director Andrey himself asked for apologies for his subordinates.)to any comment on the quality of work, one answer is in the tolerances. The car is not new. It's not critical.
