I went to this clinic on March 10, 2025 with my cat Barsik, who was in critical condition with acute urinary retention. On the way to the clinic, I called the reception, because I was without an appointment, they said that the queue for the doctor would be more than one hour waiting. But as soon as we arrived and checked in at the reception, the girls were very attentive to us, questioned everything in detail, approached me several times and asked how the cat was. And ten minutes later, we were already sent to an appointment with Natalia Bondarenko's therapist, and my cat was provided with timely assistance.
The next day, we were immediately booked into an appointment with the attending nephrologist Anastasia Karchevskaya. A very attentive and competent doctor. The necessary tests, ultrasounds, and caterization were performed. The cat was provided with all necessary assistance in his treatment.

Furosimide was injected, we are sitting by the oxygen, a blue mini box in which the dog cannot even lie down in size, he could no longer sit!I decide to take home because we have the same oxygen concentrator at home, but the dog can lie on the barrels and not suffocate on nerves (yes, they also do not know what to inject with pulmonary edema!)

They didn't do anything about the fracture, they said that no one ever treats bird fractures at all. When I came home, I saw that the condition of the birds had worsened: the second one began to limp and dropped much lower than the wing, the first one stopped flying altogether. She came back to bring the litter for analysis, reported on the condition of the birds. I was told to just put them in a box or container where there are no bars. So that what? So that the fractures would heal incorrectly and the birds would never be able to fly again? They sent me home to live out my last days in agony, finally prescribing expensive medications. The first bird died 3 weeks after the examination, the second one tonight.
Maybe dogs and cats are welcome here, but not birds.

A little bit of our history:
With purulent replenishment of the uterus in dogs, a large cavity with pus forms inside the abdomen, which is absorbed into the bloodstream, intoxication occurs. In the absence of adequate treatment, the uterine wall may burst and the pus will flow into the abdominal cavity, purulent peritonitis forms- a deadly disease in which it becomes very difficult to help an animal. (And I know this firsthand: my cat once died of peritonitis).
It was in such a serious condition, when our Baby's uterine wall burst and the peritoneum was already full of pus, that we rushed to Gomel to PoliVet after treatment at two veterinary clinics in Zhlobin (this is a separate story).
Everyone understood that the chances of saving the animal, unfortunately, were too few...
But! Thanks to the golden hands, professionalism, the ability to make decisions quickly and correctly, reliable diagnosis, proper care during the postoperative period, sensitivity and care of the center's specialists, our Lakkula remained alive and feels well (I am writing a review 1.5 months later).
In total, our dog was operated on twice, she spent two days in the hospital and two more weeks under the close supervision of doctors who were ready to help me even remotely, answering my questions at any time of the day.
It's amazing how much people really belong!
When Lucky was in the hospital after the surgery, I was naturally very worried about how she was doing and what was happening to her. But the doctors are great, they called me periodically and told me about her condition.
However, sometimes I didn't have the patience to wait. And here I want to mention the kindest little man, thanks to whose empathy, I could find out at any time what was there and how, LENOCHKA MIKHAILOVNA SAVCHENKO. Thank you very much!
One day, when I was very worried that they weren't calling me (after the second operation) to calm me down, they sent me a video from a surveillance camera that touched me to the core. After watching it, I burst into tears. And what do you think was on that video?
There is a place in the hospital where sick pets lie, which, in my opinion, is very similar to a crib for babies, only instead of wooden twigs, there are metal ones. So the doctor LILECHKA VALERYEVNA is sitting in this crib (hugging), a kind-hearted person, and my Lucky is lying in her arms, recovering from anesthesia. She "squeezes" her there and feels sorry for her. I was just amazed by her good nature.
And the same LILECHKA VALERYEVNA, when my Lucky was supposed to have a blood transfusion (later such a need disappeared), was ready to bring her sister's dogs so that they could become donors for our Lucky. Although no one even asked her about it, out of the goodness of their hearts, on their own initiative. At the time when I was thinking about how to bring someone else's donor dog to Gomel.
One can talk endlessly about competence, professionalism, and the ability to empathize and empathize. After a phone conversation with ANDREY Vasilyevich, I had one thought: why would no one ever explain to you in a "human" hospital the way they do here?

The urine was pumped out, an IV was made. They told me to definitely see a nephrologist tomorrow. Signed up. The cat ate, was cheerful, tried to write on latok himself. The second day, we arrived again. The doctor did an ultrasound, nothing critical according to the tests. Again, they pumped out a little urine, the bladder was said to be slightly inflamed. They told me to monitor urine waste if I couldn't pee and take me to the hospital. Day three - the cat neither ate nor drank. They brought me to pump out the urine again. The girl doctor could not help in any way, she inserted the catheter into the paw 4 times, having pierced the entire paw before that. She couldn't drain the urine. They said you need to leave them, do sedation and insert a catheter under it and collect urine. As a result, the "wonderful" doctors failed to insert a urinary catheter. They said they needed an operation - urethrostomy! We insisted on taking all the necessary tests and ultrasound before the operation. They warned that the cat had lung problems. They called us back 40 minutes later and said that the cat was completely healthy and there were no contraindications to surgery! After the operation (in an hour and a half), they will call us back. As a result, after 3 hours we called ourselves... We were told that our cat's heart had stopped, and he had not had surgery... Our ginger has not been with us for 7 days, and we sooo ask, pray and shout, if you love and want to save the lives of your beloved pets, in no case take them to this "morgue"! Well, we're OK, they took the money by themselves. The next day, the flux broke out and everything flowed out, they took the cat there, looked at it, said everything was fine, the operation was according to plan. The wound began to heal, the cat ran, jumped and enjoyed life. 09/29/2024 they took him to surgery, the cat was tested and operated on (the upper teeth were removed). After the cat's withdrawal from anesthesia, he became worse, and a day later vomited coffee grounds. They took him urgently, said the cat was completely ill, he needed a transfusion, we found a cat, transfused it, according to the doctors, he felt better, but by the evening his condition worsened. For 3 days, doctors took turns torturing the cat with tests, but they did not understand why he developed internal bleeding. 03.10.2024 the cat died. As a result: dental surgery, but dies for other reasons. We concluded that doctors do not keep documentation of what they prescribe, in what doses, they do not even have a common opinion on the diagnosis and how and what to treat. They can't do tests either. But with all this, your money is very well considered, as for money, then you will be wrapped up to your underpants. Our conclusion on the cat is that the doctors killed the cat during the operation by injecting him with an intolerable drug, and then finished him off trying to figure out what the reason was. And this is a clinic that has a lot of equipment and a laboratory. IF you do not feel sorry for pets and money, then you can go here safely, here you will be helped to part with both of them, for them the pet survived or died = money.
