It is difficult to make an appointment with specialists of a narrow profile. In particular, to an endocrinologist. The management of the polyclinic does not consider it necessary to take another specialist, t, k, it seems like two, in their opinion, are enough. But in fact, one doctor works daily, and the other works only two days a week. And this is for a huge area. And there's a vacation, studies, a reception in the village. As a result, patients with diabetes mellitus remain without help. The same situation is in surgery. Huge queues for therapists. Doctors are loaded with papers, questions from colleagues, and answers on the phone. And there is almost no attention left for patients. And this is not the fault of doctors, but a huge burden on them. And this is a flaw in the head, who does not want to hire a staff of young doctors. My relative wanted to get a job as an endocrinologist, but she was refused because of her disability. They did not want to bother with a disabled doctor, deprived them of the opportunity to earn a single mother a piece of bread, and patients receiving help from a GOOD doctor. Hurtful.

They take a very long time to register. A long queue is gathering. The attitude towards patients is terrible, as if they are sitting on the registration of a detector. They have a very high opinion of themselves. Doctors are like everywhere else, there are good ones, there are bad ones. There's nothing you can do about it. I have to walk when I have to. Personally, I have not attended this event for 3 years and I think that I will only pass a medical examination once a year from work. As it is, there is nothing to do there. On the Internet, everything is described in detail from what to be treated. As a last resort, an ambulance to help. And so there is no desire to go there at all, only to spoil the mood and spend money. When you can buy cheaper and better medicine.
