A new clinic, beautiful renovation, coffee machines, etc.

There is a mess with queues, everyone is tied to one doctor by time stamps, everyone has coupons on hand to another, but on a first-come, first-served basis..
I have repeatedly heard complaints from my friends and family that people refuse to give a sick leave for disability. A person can come with a blocked throat, snotty, etc., but if he does not have a temperature, then he can be sent home, and the temperature is measured professionally with their electronic thermometers...
