My daughter had an appointment with the orthopaedist on duty today on 04/16/25, at 13:24. We waited under the office until 14:10. And when I went to check about the reception, he said that the working hours were over and slammed the door. I had to ask the second orthopedist, Novitsky, to take us in. He examined his daughter and prescribed treatment. The registry office did not provide a complaint book.

Doctors are incompetent. Sick people are not diagnosed, although there are reports of diseases. Boorish attitude towards patients. They are quietly shouting at the children in the office. I'm riding in the elevator with a broken leg, and the doctor yells at me, "Why didn't I take the stairs?" There are a couple of adequate people in this clinic and thank them very much. But most of them are a disgrace.
