A good clinic. Polite reception staff: the girls always explain everything politely and intelligibly, help with recording and transfers.
But most of all, I like our therapist, Essie Larry. He is such a pleasant, polite, competent doctor that even waiting in line for 1.5 hours is not perceived negatively. He will pay as much attention to each patient as necessary, always ask about everything to make sure of the diagnosis, cheer up with a joke. Usually, the recommendations are written out in hard copy, so you don't have to read the doctor's handwriting at home. Clever girl!
I would also like to mention the women's consultation. There is an excellent doctor in room 470, always communicating with a smile, telling everything in detail. The offices themselves are very comfortable, there are special screens, self-lifting chairs. Colorful walls also relieve stress.
Before that, she was served in 3 polyclinics, compared to heaven and earth. Of course, I would like more doctors and a more convenient appointment so that I don't have to wait in line, but thanks to the specialists who serve me, 5 stars.
P.S. Those who write about recording over the Internet, it is there. You can make an appointment with a doctor through the website of Polyclinic 7.
After reading the answer, there was a mixed feeling about the clinic. After visiting the Polyclinic number 8, I was delighted with the goodwill of the staff. This applies to all staff at the reception, as well as highly specialized specialists. I did not notice queues, they were accepted on time, clearly and without extraneous conversations. There are many office signs on the floors, which helped to quickly find the right office
the disgusting doctor in the infectious diseases room 21.02. talks very nicely with male patients, unlike girls. He is not of Russian nationality, he cannot answer questions, he can only raise his voice. he sent me to donate blood without explaining the reasons, sent me to one office, in the end I was lucky that I met another doctor on the spot, it turned out to be in another office. he did not explain what kind of analysis he needed, he ran to the toilet :) at the blood donation site, questions for me, but how should I know? The complaints were ignored, there were no answers to the questions, and the mood was spoiled. They're recruiting anyone
There is a terrible shortage of doctors. I have to get sick at 8 and go to the clinic at 7
It is difficult to make an appointment with a specialist, an appointment for a week or even two, (they can give you an additional fee) you will come and there is not a single person under the office, how it works is not clear.
Two stars only for doctors who still work there
I made an appointment with a cardiologist 2 weeks ago, I came in today, but the office is closed. The reception desk said he was in the red zone today. And this is not the first time, it happened with my therapist. It's a mess, because I take time off from work to get to the doctors, and the clinic doesn't even warn me about the changes.

As time passes, we can say that the clinic is multifunctional.
All necessary tests and examinations can be carried out in this building and with short queues.
I happened to visit the "red" zone, the place where all patients with fever and cough are sent. The impression is controversial, since the queue mixes both patients recovering and undergoing treatment, as well as patients with fever. Also, in this place, the doctor changes every few hours, so when you come to an appointment in a few days, you will have to explain your story to the new doctor. There may be problems with an explanation, as sometimes you can meet a foreign doctor at an appointment who has a bad language. However, treatment is prescribed, and admission is carried out as far as possible.
We sat for 3.5 hours to get an appointment with a traumatologist .The ticket was for 10.00 and at 13.30.It's just some kind of nightmare!Solve this problem somehow, it took almost an HOUR to receive one person!!!
These kind of doctors who have taken senior positions! I wish them well! Relive what they've done to me! A complete mess! Now you can't defend your homeland, you won't get a proper job!
It's great that we opened a polyclinic on Olshanka! An accessible record, courteous doctors and staff. Everything is brand new, neat, the opportunity to undergo many examinations.

I am served in this clinic. Like everywhere else, there are cons and pros. But we don't have any other polyclinic or doctors. The young therapists, of course, were very green and not experienced, and they prescribed contradictory treatments for me. But their management of the department is another matter! She is experienced, she goes to a meeting and helped me, I was satisfied with her work. Surgeon Boyko D. is completely zero, but we must pay tribute, he works in two shifts and one for the whole area.
I got the impression that with the opening of the polyclinic, no improvements in service have occurred, and at the 5th site there is not even a permanent therapist, they write to one doctor, then to another, then to the doctor's assistant, and this will not be of any use - there is no responsibility. And there are not all narrow specialists. In particular. There is still no endocrinologist. I have to go to the 7th polyclinic, to do fluorography - also at 7, complex tests are also there. So what difference does it make where to go - to the second as before or to the seventh now. Hopefully, improvements will come over time. I would like to live.
04.01.24. today, the pressure rose in the 8th polyclinic, the doctors conducted an examination, provided first aid and all this was fast and professional. The doctor and the medical staff were as polite and friendly as possible. Thank you very much!
The clinic is excellent, but there is not much else in it, some procedures cannot be done, but I am sure that in the future this will be fixed and everything will be at the highest level.
Many people still don't like the fact that this clinic is not fully equipped, but it already exists and this is a good start!
the advantages are that it is new, with a new renovation.
the rest are disadvantages.
one phone number for the entire clinic? Are you serious? dial a number every time, listen to an answering machine message, then dial the next digit and listen to short beeps? It is simply impossible to get through to the women's consultation at all!
Should I go to the 7th polyclinic for fluorography? a ticket in 10 days?
They can not decide when to call them to take a coupon " call at 7:00, we start working at this time" you call short beeps, 7:01 you are in queue number 5, they pick up the phone at 7:15 there are no coupons. And you always come in person, and there is also a video of a mouse running along the corridor, the ceiling is in mold due to the fact that the roof is leaking, they opened a polyclinic to unload doctors who were sitting in outpatient clinics, and now you can't get to the doctor because of the coupon
It was opened with such pathos. And as a result, more than three months have already passed, and you can't even get a ticket via the Internet. Until recently, there was no computer network at all. Communication with other clinics is almost courier. And there are almost no specialized specialists at all. They are sent to the clinic √7. And getting there by public transport from Olshanka is another quest.
In my opinion, it was necessary to debug everything first, and then open a clinic.

I came to an appointment with a fever in the infectious diseases room, the nurse does not know how to use the electronic thermometer correctly, she tells everyone to take it out immediately after the signal, although it still needs to be measured correctly 2-3 minutes after the signal. The doctor listened to the complaints, just prescribed sick leave, medicine, and that's it, the whole appointment, although he had a temperature under 39 and a cough, did not even listen to the lungs...
I was injured, I was assigned to the second polyclinic on Gagarin, they said you have your own polyclinic on Olshanka, I'm there but there is no traumatologist and I have to go with an injury to the 7th polyclinic, there are traumatologists there. Then why open a polyclinic if there are no specialists and unsubscribe people from other polyclinics so that the person goes again it is not clear where. It is necessary to raise this issue at the level of the Ministry of Health
The polyclinic has not yet been equipped with both a staff of specialists and equipment, I would like more pointers and plans for the placement of offices, it is not possible to get a ticket for admission, only through a phone call.
The pros are new and clean.
Awful. It's not possible to get through. The call has been waiting for 40 minutes and all 40 minutes I am the third in line and the waiting time is 2 minutes 48 seconds. (yeah, and so for 40 minutes) then the beeps finally went off and no one picks up the phone.
There are only pediatricians in the pediatric department who were in the outpatient clinic before, there are still no specialized specialists. Out of habit, I have to go to Gagarin, 18, to get med.a commission with a child. What has changed with the opening of the new clinic???
Dear girls, doctors and nurses, thank you very much, you saved my husband!!!We came with a heart attack, as it turned out, you not only provided help - you saved a life!!! Thank you very much!!!
There is only one advantage and it is a new renovation. Otherwise, it's a solid minus.... Even if there is a ticket to the doctor, you still need to sit in line..... Then why do you need coupons if the appointment is in turn?
The children's department, as well as the adult department, does not have enough doctors.
Special thanks to the head of Vygovskaya A.A., a wonderful specialist, conscientiously and responsibly approaches his work
I called to get a ticket for fluorography. They said that there would be coupons for next week later. To the question when later, the answer is: I don't know. To the question of who knows, the answer is the same: I don't know. Do you think this is normal?
A spacious new room, there is practically no queue. The staff is polite and pleasant to talk to. At the same time, our doctor listens attentively, examines. He takes his time and asks questions.
At the driver's medical examination, the passage of specialists is complete nonsense. It would be better to have an electronic queue there than at the blood collection
I fully agree that the lack of specialized specialists in the children's polyclinic reduces the appearance of the polyclinic itself to zero. It is easier for one adult to go to the Transport Station than for a mother with a small child to Gagarin.
We were waiting! I was really waiting for it to appear. An ordinary polyclinic, with ordinary doctors. Many (narrow-profile) are still missing. I passed both a periodic medical examination and just to a therapist - no worse than anywhere else.
There are miners at the reception, I don't know anything, I won't tell you anything, I don't understand anything, there are no doctors, it's better not to get in
