The anger let go, but in the evening it got worse, by 20 o'clock no one arrived, today is a working Saturday, and then the holidays, the person fell ill with a high fever, but there is no doctor, just burning, shivering, 39 +, we need a specific reason why the doctor did not arrive at the address. A call follows after working hours, apparently the nurses are picked up, and they give this: Nurse: Has your doctor not arrived? Me: No.. What is the problem? How much longer do I have to wait for him? The nurse: I don't know myself, I asked for the address, she says, so your doctor who was supposed to arrive is working until 2 p.m. Me: So there won't be one? And I decided to go to the polyclinic, not to the emergency room, something like this idea popped into my head. I hobbled to the surgeon and he stated: "either a crack or ligaments." Thank you, this information is unique in its usefulness. That was the end of the help. But this is a very old story. And it seemed that it had gotten better since then, but... but today my seat collapsed. My father was given a prescription, which he safely forgot about (because it was already old). The pills are over, but it's okay, the recipe is on hand. You go with a prescription and buy a prescription from a pharmacy, isn't that how it's done? No. They added on the recipe that it is "electronic". What is it, why, and most importantly ***** I do not know. But I know for sure that without a certain green card, they won't sell you a pack of pills for 12p, even when you have a prescription in your hands. My therapist Vyakhereva listened to everything, sent everything to the right place, did a CT scan in a minute, and was vaccinated against the flu in addition. In general, I thought it would be like usual: hassle, queue, but here everything was super professionally done. I'm surprised myself.. So 5 stars. Maybe it was just lucky, but they still served and helped with high quality

Although the situation was in need to consult a doctor as written in the instructions of any drug, but they absolutely don't give a shit. Do not go to this clinic, save your nerves!!! Regarding the observance of sanitary norms and rules - a strong two.The management does not provide the nurses with PVC gloves for cleaning, they work in medical gloves, which cannot be put on after removal, so they take the door handles in gloves to get into the room, thereby transferring the infection from the floor. A mop for washing the floor of the Soviet Union. The nurses of the treatment room for blood collection from the finger should be sent back to the medical school for the study of the subject of ethics of behavior with patients (it feels like they are the owners of this clinic) - I do not know what kind of specialists they are, but the behavior is boorish. After the comments, nothing changes. I would like to say a big thank you to all the doctors for their hard work. And the managers of this clinic should work on the disadvantages.

Rudeness, raised tone, indifference to patients are killing everything that the country has been striving for for many years. There is no collective from the word at all, everyone speaks for himself. I haven't been to the clinic for 5 years, but I remembered what kind of service there was. I had to apply, but nothing has changed in 5 years. The card was lost, the tone did not change, I would not have gone there, but no one canceled the examinations and statements. A month later, I applied for an extract again, they could not find the card in the institution, and not all the tests were found. The conclusion is that there is no order, the head does not understand what he is doing.

I have to be here a couple of times a year: to the therapist and for tests. I wouldn't call it a bad clinic. I have never met outright rudeness, I sat for tests even during rush hours for a maximum of 30 minutes (which is OK for free). Yes, you have to sit and wait for a doctor even on a coupon, a lot of people, bureaucracy, lost the card in the first year, but for free it is tolerable. It is physically impossible to serve so many people efficiently.
