the food is so-so, an afternoon snack of 1 cookie and less than half a glass of compote, and the glass is for children, they don't give the second one without their dishes, the staff is polite, it's very hot in the wards during the day, and you can't go out during a quiet hour, they took blood from a vein, there was a huge bruise, the hospital is huge, you can get lost, the wards are clean, cleaned every day, TVs in the hallway
Oooh.....I'm not talking about this clinic. It is easier to actually self-medicate than to get to one of the doctors who takes in this clinic.
To get to only one doctor, you need to wait for years.Personally, I have faced this myself since the age of 19, I could not get to 1 doctor and got there only at the age of 24 .....Ito, with the help of a complaint to the Ministry of Health, did not write 1 time, but 3 times and after 3 complaints only began to act. This is of course a nightmare🤦♀️
A terrible polyclinic , a constant change of the district doctor , waiting lists for tests , no order

Terrible queues nothing has changed after the advent of the OSMS, we pay money, but there is no sense from this clinic anyway, we go to the paid ultrasound, they send us to the city polyclinic there are a lot of people on the waiting list the whole day may not be enough to pass a kidney ultrasound to a child. I underwent an ultrasound in the same place next to the paid clinic Orkhun Medical, the prices there are a nightmare how high I gave 7000tg for an ultrasound. I don't understand what's the use of your state clinic if there's not even an ultrasound.
I have no words to say, if you have a life, you will see off a person with an excuse nothing but sandals, he is very indifferent to his work in the big one in the small one 😣 😣

A good clinic, accepted for free despite the lack of citizenship of Kazakhstan) helped to issue documents for the refund of the ticket price. In total, a huge rahmet ❤
Recently I visited with my grandmother 85 years old,,for an appointment,, went to the surgeon for a dressing for a whole week, which is located on the 2nd floor,,, the elevator did not work,, there are a lot of patients,, no one pays doctors, etc. that we went up to the 2nd floor,,,where healthcare looks,,, the situation is terrible ,,,
Staff turnover is high, there is a constant queue, a lot of people are attached to this clinic. The question is where the money from medical insurance goes, no changes are visible. The attitude towards patients is boorish. 2-3 people are constantly registered in the queue at the same time and the war begins))). The management does not react to this in any way, very sadly.
A good clinic. Especially doctors who don't know anything. How to treat people, in which cases what procedures should be prescribed. More about queues for devices like ECG,MRI, etc. that come in a week, already at this time you will get used to the pain
I am serviced by this clinic myself. There are many doctors in this clinic, both famous for our city and young specialists. I try not to get sick, but if I get sick, I go to a specialist. The clinic is almost new, the elevators are working. I can't say anything about the relationship of doctors to people, it depends on the individual.

It's a constant mess, there are always not enough doctors
What kind of doctors are needed, they are not
When you need an examination, you need to wait for months
The clinic is good! Doctors seem to be educated. There are queues to see a therapist, but now it seems to have returned to normal. You have to wait no more than 15 minutes for an appointment
The queues are terribly long and they let you in without a ticket, so make sure that it doesn't happen, please, it's too much that people go without a ticket
There's nothing sending back and forth. There is no X-ray, and there is no optometrist and neuropathologists, and probably a lot of that.I dragged the child back and forth. And the doctors change every time. There are many disadvantages than advantages
Doctors don't do their job at all.
They are sent from office to office without even knowing what issue they came for. Baby food was given 2 times, that's all
There has been no normal district doctor for section 21 of the GP for several years, we go to doctors from other sites, no one cares about anything, it's very difficult to get to them, you need to sign up for a week, there are no normal doctors, I went with low blood pressure and allergies, calcium chloride and ambrobene (cough) were prescribed
I didn't say anything there, I'll grant you this is the worst polyclinic in the city. An eternal queue, no matter which doctors you turn to. All analyses are mostly paid.
The girls in the registry are very, very illiterate .In a word, a stupid house is not a polyclinic, but a madhouse with a capital letter!!!especially the medical staff are all arrogant
"A mess." You make an appointment and the doctors don't take it at the time, sometimes they don't take it at all! I signed up for an ultrasound and I was removed from the computer and was not accepted. And he accepted others even without a coupon, which means for money
The staff works well, but it is not thought out. There are huge queues at aabinets somewhere. There's no one anywhere. If one of the doctors is on sick leave, it's a mess.
