I am a resident of Donetsk, currently living in Kiev as a migrant. I simply have no words regarding the outpatient clinic of family medicine of the Dnipro district at Kiev, Novatorov 4., and especially new innovations. I'll start from the beginning, my health deteriorated on 08/24/2018, my head ached very much and I was very dizzy, since I had previously been diagnosed at the diagnostic center : Spontaneous autonomic disorder behind epithelial tissues, cerebral panic attack syndrome, I decided not to call an ambulance, because I thought it was just an attack, I took the medications that I initially needed I was appointed by a doctor at the diagnostic center, and on Monday I decided to go back to this doctor (neurologist) at the diagnostic center for a consultation. After the examination and electroencephalography, the doctor ordered me to donate blood for sugar, a general detailed blood test and a second referral from the therapist so that I would not spend 250 UAH for a consultation. Arriving at his outpatient clinic of Innovators 4. at the end of the working day on 08/27/2018, in order to take directions for blood donation, they gave a referral, but initially you need to go to the registry and make an appointment, as a result, they recorded me at the registry only on 09/03/2018 !!!!!
I passed in another place and after 2 hours there were answers on hand. When I took the answers from the laboratory assistant, I was interested in whether everything was in order according to blood tests, after reviewing she said hemoglobin was lowered and something with leukocytes, I needed to see a doctor, I went back to the outpatient clinic at Innovators 4 to make an appointment at the registry to a therapist, as a result I was told that everything was busy until 09/05/2018 !!!! That is, I have to wait a whole week for my therapist (who is appointed in my area) to look at my answers and prescribe treatment, or before the examination and re-referral to the diagnostic center, while I still feel bad, but I even have to go to work with severe dizziness. I can all understand that the new rules were created to improve and quickly see a doctor, which is why this entry was created, BUT!!!! as I was told, and I read that at the same time the doctor should spend 15 minutes on the patient, as a result, he should spend 30-40 minutes on the patient, no less, in this clinic, because when they receive a patient, they occupy themselves with anything and only a little patient, as I know they do not have reception days for this where they can do all the paperwork, talk on the phone with their relatives, girlfriends, etc.
Of course, I am aware that there are private clinics where they can consult and you can also take tests there, if it is so hot and urgently needed, the only question is the availability of funds, but our state charges me 440 UAH per month as a migrant, while I rent a house (room) and My PO doesn't allow me to go to private clinics!!!! The question is how to be in this situation, you can also not live up to the doctor's appointment!!!
