My favorite clinic. I like everything about it and the medical staff and receptionists will always help with questions. Especially the therapist Vinogradova S. L. is very responsive, she will always advise and see how the tests should be done. I admire her) ❤️

In general, the clinic is good. We were transferred to it from the 6th - it's much better here. I would not have returned to the 6th for any money. I would like to note the excellent work of the reception - the girls are always responsive, politely respond. they help both by phone and on purpose. Korotkova is an excellent endocrinologist and her nurse is a wonderful sensitive specialist. There are no complaints about the work of gynecologists - thank you all very much. For all of the above 3 stars.
One problem is the therapist!You sign up in half a month. And when you get in line with a ticket for 17.00, it's good if you manage to get there before the end of the working day. A lot of people without coupons go to close sick days, for example. You sit in line for 4 hours. Therapists are irritated. You go out and realize that you have not been given or done anything and that it would be better if you took general tests for a fee in a private laboratory. Once I came in with a concussion, I was told that in addition to general tests and X-rays (which will show nothing)They can't do anything. I wasn't even given a sick leave. They sent me to the trauma center where I sat in line for 4 hours and never got to the appointment because I couldn't stay there anymore due to a head injury. It was bad. Sometimes you think - well, how is it possible? is it really impossible to somehow set up the system so that people with coupons get to the appointment at the time indicated in the coupon? So that people can close their sick days at some other time allotted for them! I do not recall that the paid medical center said wait 3 hours from the time you were assigned because people need to close their sick days.

It just became a terrible attitude towards patients. The girls are doing well, patiently doing their job, but the doctors are terrible. I especially want to highlight the 7th section of the 341 office. There is a young doctor-a woman who ignores recommendations from other doctors as much as possible and writes in her conclusion that everything is fine, although I really have enough problems on a certain account and feel it very well in life. Female nurses have no tact and start making fun of patients, or even raise their voices. Is that their job? The attitude of the incompetent doctor and the nurses of this doctor's girlfriends really hurt. She came out with tears in her eyes from all these ridicule. Now there are exclusively paid clinics, no one goes there anymore, only for extraordinary cases. For comments about the fact that doctors go there only for a salary is the most true thing.
