I would especially like to mention the women at the reception desk — they are always greeted with a smile, ready to help, explain in detail and direct. Their kindness and patience make visiting the clinic much more enjoyable, even on the most stressful days.

I want to leave a bad review about Elena Anatolyevna Lyubimtseva, cardiologist at polyclinic No. 2 in Borisov. This doctor treats children's hearts, but she doesn't have a heart herself. At a reception with a child, I always feel her contempt and arrogant attitude towards both myself and my child.
I have not received any sensible advice from this doctor. Metoprolol is the only panacea for all diseases. Although this drug is contraindicated in children under the age of 18. And she prescribed it to my child from the age of 8.
Once again, when I came to her for an appointment, I realized that it would be better for me to pay 45 Belarusian rubles and go to Minsk in LODE with my child than for Lyubimtseva to look at me with her usual contempt and discontent. Dr. Lyubimtseva, I would like to wish you good health and good mood. And don't let doctors like yourself get in your way!

Being on sick leave with a child (the child has a fracture), they refused to issue a coupon for the next appointment on the sick leave, they said to come day after day and take the coupon in the morning
