We were in the ENT room today.Honey.my sister is rude, dissatisfied with her work, does not correspond to her professional activity, because washing my granddaughter's ear canals, she diluted the washing water with tap water in front of me. She was indignant at my granddaughter's question: "is the water warm?"

She didn't even have the necessary syringe, she doesn't even have an idea about Jeanne's syringe. It would have been better if I had gone to the polyclinic -9, where we were washed competently, consulted, etc. and there was no indignation.
And the ENT doctor did not finish our appointment, saying that we should wait in the corridor and wanted to see the next patient.
