The clinic is cool. I do all the procedures, examinations, manipulations that I personally need there, without any problems. The fact that in the women's clinic almost all doctors have no problems conducting an ultrasound examination, my friends from other areas are envious and admired. Cardiogram and transcription immediately and without queues, tests by electronic queue and before 11.30 am, there are 5 windows in the reception, an electronic queue and upholstered sofas, an appointment through a call center throughout the working day, prescriptions through a doctor's assistant and coupons for them without problems, your own mammography, etc.
I put one point for two adults and a child, navigation through the clinic is difficult, from floor to floor you can get around a certain staircase until you ask-you won't find it, queues, queues, specialists offer the same thing, and are needed in fact only for opening and closing the hospital, but even if you are with if you have a temperature of 40, come back in three days anyway and infect the rest in hourly queues.. the brazen ones survive, those who dare to crawl under any pretext, but there are also advantages, a health center is organized at the polyclinic, where attentive specialists sit and will treat you with attention, for which they are respected, and otherwise, I wish no one to get sick, so as not to get into this branch of hell.
The doctors of the 14th polyclinic of the city of Minsk work "perfectly". I came to see a therapist, Svyatoshchik Olga Vasilyevna. In one of the tests, urea was elevated. I have been walking with a temperature of 37.1 to 37.4 for almost a month. The condition is not particularly pleasant. The temperature and pressure jump, the face, arm, leg and ear burn. Constant sweating, general weakness. They were sent to a rheumatologist for urea. They scheduled an analysis for tomorrow 05.03.2020 and prescribed pills. I went back to the therapist, they said there was no reason to extend my sick leave. The temperature at the reception was 37.37 (recorded as 37.3). Objected and went to the head, Vova Juliana Vladimirovna. And there... everything is visible on the video. What does the head and therapists do? Next, we went to the VKK where the "chief doctor" said that I was healthy and closed the hospital. That's the story. This is not my first complaint about this institution, but I wrote them exclusively there. Probably in vain. Question. Are all the actions of the employees correct and beyond doubt? The clinic is good, there is something to compare it with. There are narrow specialists. Additional paid services. The most important thing in the clinic is the staff. As in any other polyclinic, there are good and there are "not very" doctors. Therefore, what kind of help you will receive depends on which doctor or nurse you get to
It's not worse!!! There are constantly queues at the madhouse and an appointment for 3 months in advance to any doctor.
Therapists dump patients on top of each other when colleagues are sick.
My fluorography was not "in the computer" despite the fact that I had it on my hands.
A madhouse with entries in the cards. There are always not enough studies from the map in the 14th polyclinic and vice versa in the polyclinic near the house.
It is common to enter the office 50 minutes later than the entry in the ticket. Doctors are young and leave not very good impressions.
I really do not recommend it, it is better to go to a paid medical center. It's a waste of time.
Excellent clinic! There are many available procedures that are not available in other clinics. Good staff. You can come and see the specialist you need at any time. For the most part. Or by appointment. No questions asked.
