I express my deep gratitude to the traumatologist Myramytov Yerlan Asanovich, the neurologist Altyn Dautbekovna Chinybayeva for the qualified help provided to me.
I would especially like to mention the therapist of the 28th precinct, Mukhametkalieva Batagoz Talgatovna, for her sensitive, attentive, caring attitude. At the reception, she feels her sincere desire to help the patient! Thank you for the kind heart, sincerity and responsibility with which you approach each patient!
We are serviced at the branch of the polyclinic at 4 Potanina Street. But we also visit the main building at the reception of narrow specialists. She has recently been treated in a day hospital. There is also a pharmacy that provides free medicines. The staff is polite and always ready to help solve the problem. I know that there are not enough doctors, but this is a common problem. Medicines are also not always available. I would like to have a separate office for issuing free prescriptions, otherwise I have to make an appointment with a therapist and take up his time.
That's really where I don't recommend going... It is better to contact a paid neurologist right away than here! Firstly, you will wait two weeks for the coupon if you do not die by this time. Secondly, the neurologist does not even look at it, but looks at the hundred and the clock. Why do we need these free and useless, and sometimes dangerous specialists!
Now they are doing repairs there, I hope it will be beautiful. Before that, there was a feeling that it had moved to Soviet times. And the doctors there are normal
The doctors are completely fine with me. The staff is attentive and polite. The clinic is relatively clean. In the city center and a bus stop nearby. In general, everything is fine.
A bad clinic.
I took the child there to see the gastroenterologist Semenova. She may be a good specialist, but apparently everything. - not for everyone. She doesn't explain anything until you ask. She asked me to clarify what certain points on the analyses mean, she avoids answering, says that I absolutely do not need to know this, "... And anyway, Mom, don't bother, and don't delve into it, everything is fine," says Semenova. This is despite the fact that the tests are bad, there were seizures and I had to call an ambulance. This is despite the fact that we have been treating her for almost 2 years and there are no improvements. I don't know why she doesn't give full answers to my questions, maybe she's not completely competent, maybe she doesn't know the answers to questions about her specialization? She indicated table #5 in her consulting certificate, but did not say anything about it. And only when I asked what it was, she took a brochure out of the table, tore off a sheet with a printout of the table on it#5. At each of our visits, he issues a consultation certificate, in which he indicates that the child has been examined, the temperature, tongue, skin are clean, the stomach is soft, although he does not examine the child, and writes in the certificate all this is fictitious. Once she indicated a different diagnosis in the certificate. Corrected it after my comment.
Accepts strictly according to the recording time. You can't even go in for 1 minute earlier. Even if there are no patients in the office. But at the same time, he does not fully use the allotted 15 minutes for admission for patients, he tries to get them out of the office as soon as possible.
One day she was caught playing solitaire "Klondike" on the computer. She didn't even close this game, she wasn't shy about the visitors, the game was open the whole reception.
One day, during an appointment, her daughter called her and the doctor calmly talked to her, not being shy of visitors who had to wait to ask their questions. At the same time, the call was completely non-urgent.
A nurse from the registry came to Semenova's next appointment and stood, as they say, "over her soul", waiting for us to leave. Then she began to brazenly kick us out of the office, I note, not from her own, because she had some kind of question. It turned out that she came for a personal question about her relative. So, the employees of this clinic go to the offices during working hours for personal matters.
During the pandemic, when all medical workers wear protective suits, Semenova does not wear a protective suit, not even a medical mask.
I don't know about the other doctors in this clinic, but Semenova is nothing. I don't recommend it to anyone.
A polyclinic that often leaves negative emotions. Low qualification of staff, poor awareness within their organization, moral instability, I would even say inadequacy of employees. The disgusting treatment room on the third floor (where intravenous injections are given) is precisely because of the work of the medical staff, which leaves much to be desired... Disgusting attitude to the documentation of patients, their data and so on. Doctors are often late for their own appointment. Abandoning the card system is more of a minus than a plus: the program freezes regularly and you have to wait a long time for an extract or referral, they constantly ask for data that has already been entered into the computer. Then why ask them?! They make me go from office to office. I am very dissatisfied not only with the work of this medical organization in particular, but also with medicine in the country as a whole.
My wife and daughter were lying for a whole year. They couldn't cure it. It's been true for a long time. Now I do not know at what level they are being treated. But the impressions remained negative
I would like to express my deep gratitude to doctor Murzhukov and his assistants. Calmly, clearly, at the limit of their strength, they accept pensioners and their endurance will be envied by the guard at the main post of the country!
There are so many patients, but with each doctor Murzhukov is friendly and attentive, God grant him strength and will, happiness and joy in life!
As everywhere else, there is no coupon, then they will be sent to the wrong office
The child psychologist made a good impression on the child effectively
This is not a clinic at all, but some kind of educational institution. How can you come to a doctor's appointment if he or she is old enough to be your child? What do they know?
I was there once after the reformation. Now there is no reception desk, no cabinets with cards. There is no glass between the registrar and the patient. Smiling, pleasant staff at the reception.
