If you are in a great mood and have strong nerves, then a visit to this clinic will definitely change everything. The difficulties begin already with the registration: employees behave as if they are not a human being, but God himself, to whom you should be grateful for every word. Communication is often abrupt, turning into shouting, especially if they run out of arguments. They just don't seem to be able to explain anything or help sort out the issues. The patient admission system leaves much to be desired. If something went wrong the first time, consider that there is almost no chance to figure it out. Twice I had to contact the deputy head for simple questions, and both times the situation ended with screams and attempts to evade responsibility. Instead of solving the problem, you get the impression that you've wasted your time and applied in vain. The reason for this situation is clear: young people do not want to work in such conditions. There are no incentives for young professionals, a normal working atmosphere, and staff turnover turns the team into angry and tired employees. As a result, this affects the patients who are the main victims of this situation. It is necessary to reconsider the approach to organizing work and creating conditions for both employees and patients. After all, a polyclinic is a place where people seek help, not additional stress.

A terrible health care institution, there are only a few competent doctors! Don't expect to be treated well, if you show respect to someone there, don't expect it in return. There are a lot of things to work on, queues to the Caucasus, in less than a week you will hardly pass the commission.
