I stayed in a suite room, the prices are a little high, but the service is really good, the number of staff is high. The food is very good, there is a wide variety, as well as breakfast in the morning, it is cleaned every day, and there are also different activities in the hotel, such as swimming pool, sauna, hammam, massage. Ski suits are a very normal price according to the hotel. When you go up by cable car, there is a restaurant where you can eat çağ kebab, which is unique to Erzurum, sautéed pepper, but it is very enjoyable. After the hotel fire in Kartalkaya, I couldn't remember the fire escape, I guess there wasn't, but there are fire sensors in the rooms. All hotels and rooms are furnished with carpet parking, God forbid, if there is a fire, it can facilitate the rapid spread. In general, the hotel is nice and clean . Jul.
