awful service and attitude

Three! I've been in line for an hour. Why set a specific time if you have to wait anyway?? There are three windows open, there are 20 people in the queue in front of me. The service is slow. girls impose services, especially photos. They say you have poor quality, but they will definitely do better in their booth. And they take pictures of you themselves. That is, they are distracted from filling out documents. It still drags on for 10 minutes. In total, one person is serviced for at least an hour. Now there is half an hour until the end of the working day, one girl is working. Everyone went off on some business. How adequate is this? If you redo the questionnaire yourself or print out the missing documents, you will be sent again for a coupon. That is, to sit in line for two more hours. And so on until everything is correct according to your documents. There is no such thing in Brest in the VC! Correct the questionnaire as much as you want, and you do not need to wait for the ticket again. It's just... kind of. Get ready to spend the whole day here.
I am generally silent about the fact that each employee has her own criteria for compiling a questionnaire. One is suitable for a date in the yyyy-mm-hh format, the other requires to be changed to hh-mm-yyyy. It seems they're just bullying you and making you run back and forth.

Applied for a visa for 60+. Accepted on time, polite staff. We have been waiting for a visa for 14 days. On Friday morning, I saw the status "the application has been reviewed at the Embassy and sent to the VC". We had paid for courier delivery, and obviously only after the weekend. She asked me to cancel the courier. Upon confirmation of the cancellation, after 2 hours they called and informed that the passports were at the VC and could be picked up personally. We arrived quickly and took our passports.
Of the disadvantages (insignificant for us):
there is no refund when the delivery is canceled;
inconvenient location;
There are no benches in the waiting area.
Of the significant disadvantages:
Inconvenient working hours, until 17.00, and Sat. sun. weekends.
