It's not the first time I've gone for a change of shoes. There were no questions for the guys: they would carefully and calmly unscrew the nuts, even if they were already a little drunk, they would give the necessary advice on their profile, if necessary, or if they noticed something worth paying attention to. There is a card of regular customers, which gives, although not a large, but a pleasant discount)
They work on a first-come, first-served basis, as well as at any time of the day or night. As far as I know, this is now the only tire shop in the city that works at night.
3-4 years ago, older people did a C grade, the attitude towards the client was normal, there was no queue order, they could serve their homies out of turn! At work, they showed shoals in fact on rubber and discs and recommended doing what was needed and not imposed. We corrected the cast disc and damaged its front side during editing! They did not want to make discounts and the offer of repainting at cost did not follow. The last time I went to change my shoes 2 years ago, I thought they would cope, the staff was already young, they put the rubber on the wrong side (I didn't notice right away), they already had an attitude towards the client as to a bag of money from which to take more. I haven't set foot there since! Of the advantages, pumping tires around the clock for this and two stars.
