We always pass quickly in both directions on the bus. They don't ask for anything extra. If the documents are clean, then no questions are asked. Both sides are polite.

At least the most "transparent" PP in comparison with Grzehotki and Ice-free! If you go through Gronovo to Poland and get stuck at the crossing, then you can see how many cars are in front of you, how many of them are already standing on the Polish side and you can somehow plan your time! And in Ice-free and Grzechotki you stand near the Dyutik and you do NOT understand why you are standing, whether the queue is moving on the Polish side or not... And in the opposite direction (when you go to Kaliningrad), the Poles work very well - they do not hesitate and even let Russians through the European Strip!

What can you say about the border checkpoint to an ordinary traveler? Everything is clean and tidy. It is surprising that with the same traffic as in Russia, ammonia does not stink in the toilet, unlike in a similar place for colleagues. People are polite, do their job well and scrupulously
