Local arrogant people climb without queuing, just go around the queue and stand in front, conflicts arise because of this. Or a car pulls up at the end of the queue, the driver waits, and one of the passengers goes on foot to the inspection point and becomes the "first", respectively, then this car and all who are in it go to this "first" and stand with him. I have also never met such arrogant people anywhere and this is not an isolated case.

It will never be civilized, comfortable and fast here. For how many years I've been driving, it's only getting worse. Not only that, the road from Kazakhstan to the border is a complete trash. Hana is a suspension, nerves, a waste of time and the police always trying to deceive and rip you off (this deserves separate epics).
And at the border crossing itself, garbage is everywhere, trucks are traveling millimeters from cars. AND QUEUES!!! Huge, hopeless queues. People fly into space, edit the genome, and they have not been able to cope with queues and garbage at the Zhana-Zhol border crossing for several decades. Someone from the management there, do something already.

To enter, you need to get a "coupon" in which the car model is entered, three digits from the number and the number of people in the car, which is absolutely useless to me. Anyway, a certificate of registration of the vehicle is required at passport control, but the number of people can be indicated in advance on reusable cards instead of coupons as an option to divide cars, trucks and buses by colors and indicate with additional marks the degree of loading of the car - the number of people for cars and "empty - not empty" for buses and trucks. And you can change them at passport control so that the same cards are returned to the entry or exit post.

They work very slowly. The waiting conditions are terrible: the toilet is in a disgusting state, there is nowhere for passengers to sit. Bullying children - keep them at the border for three hours! First, you wait until they launch you to one side, then you wait for the car to be inspected. At least there are grocery stores and cafes on the Kazakh side. Then they have been tormented for a long time on the very border. On the Russian side, they don't want to move at all! Even after going through all the procedures, they haven't released it yet! And then wait until the border guard who is absent from the post comes strolling! In general, it's terrible! We returned to Russia on Tuesday. We arrived at the border at 16:40, entered the Russian Federation at 19:30.
In Kazakhstan, on the first road, it should be noted, they passed faster, about a little more than an hour. On Sunday at 7:30 we arrived at the border.
