I am a client of this office, one of the very first, when no one has really heard about the restoration of levers. In the beginning, the quality was just fire, the other day I threw away the lever in which the silent block had served for ten years, and threw it away because the ball could no longer be restored for the third time. The silent block is still intact. But as I understood it was before. Not long ago, having brought the lever, restored from them a little more than a year ago, and with a mileage of 30 thousand, in which the ball died, and the silent block turns at the landing site, they just told me that it could not be restored, and closed the door literally in front of my nose. Without asking, it can be guaranteed, without offering some kind of replacement or option. Conclusion: customer orientation is ZERO.
