I didn't like the attitude towards my client. I came to the store around 22.00, chose promotional items for Korean cosmetics. I'm collecting a gift for a girl in an orphanage, so I want to collect as much as possible. I went to the cashier, the girl asked if I needed to create a discount card, I answered in the negative. And the amount turned out to be two times higher. I asked why, because this is a promotional product.
She replied, "I can't tell every customer that there is no discount without a card," I was alone in the store.
It is a pity that the store employee can only say this after she has punched the product, and not before.
I really liked the store itself, there are a lot of interesting products that cannot be found. The store is not big, but the assortment is decent. If there were an online store in the Republic of Belarus, it would be great!
I would like to express my gratitude to consultant Alyosha for her responsiveness and attentiveness to clients. There was an unpleasant situation with the product, which, unfortunately, was not resolved. But Alesya explained everything in a human way and offered several solutions to the problem. Thanks to her, I left in a good mood despite the current situation.
