This year, everything has changed a lot - no matter what the parcel is sent, it's a problem.
The current processes in support and the level of its qualifications have changed so much that it has become unbearable to use this service. In case of a problem, there is simply no one to solve it. Now a certain Alina is working in support, who is not involved in the processes, is not able to understand the details and make decisions. And they have something like a senior employee. Everyone else is even worse!
Obviously, something has changed a lot inside the service (perhaps the owner has changed) and now the support is not even able to get any response from the warehouse (most likely the warehouse is used by someone else).
Here are just a few of the problems I've encountered lately:
- Due to the sanctions, and I could not send a certain product to the Russian Federation, so I decided to accept it in the European Union. At the same time, I had to prove to the support for several weeks that the sanctions apply only when sending goods only to the Russian Federation. They promised to return this money after solving the problems, but then they began to retract their words, saying that I could not wait for the problems to be solved with one parcel, but could send all the others. As a result, after several weeks of correspondence, the money was returned "by doing me a favor."
In short, if you choose a service that will cause you problems for your own money, then Pochtoy.com He'll do it brilliantly. They will gladly lose parcels, they will exhaust your nerves with their stupidity and lack of competence, they will not hesitate to tell you that they are doing you a favor by solving problems, because it is difficult for them to influence warehouse employees.
