On July 12, the parcel (very important documents for me) arrived at a warehouse in Finland. The letter said that on the 19th at the most, the documents will be in St. Petersburg and they will be sent to Moscow. I have been writing and calling every day since July 20 to find out the tracking number, but there is no response. That is, an explicit block has been placed on both my email and my phone.
My agent contacted the company by mail on July 26, they promised him that they would contact me on the same day, but that's it.
