The organization of work is terrible! The website says that the start of work is from 9-00, and the overview photos of the department show both 9-15 and 10-00, often the department may not work at all due to the illness of all employees, etc. In short, arriving at the right time and quietly picking up the shipment is luck!!! Plus, the slow service with manually filling out a receipt with a full name is a cave archaism (they learned to send a notification via SMS or phyber, and a barcode, like Azon's, is not an affordable level for them to receive a shipment), if you add an employee who is always tired of even breathing, we will get a good energy recharge when visiting this post office branches.

The post office opened at 10.00 and at 9.00 on Google, I arrived at 9.30 and there was a post office worker there, knocked and asked for the letters, in response I received a rude response, I did not arrive on schedule. Sorrowful, I'll go again.

Very responsive people work here! I had an inconvenient situation with the delivery of an oversized heavy parcel, the ozone courier did not bring it to the address and dropped it off at the post office and take it as you want. And our fairies of the Tarasov postal service quickly resolved this issue and organized delivery to my home (although they were not obliged to). Thank you very much, dear ladies, for your help and your indifference to other people's problems and responsiveness!
