A small parcel was sent from this post office to Italy. Which never got through. The Georgian Post sent a complaint form, everything was filled out, all the documents were attached, and the answer came that they were not going to pay any compensation. There was one handkerchief in the package, and the equivalent of 22 euros was paid for the shipment...
Be vigilant!
There are drawbacks on certain days there is a large queue of 20 people, but you can take a ticket and go to a nearby cafe to sit. In general, the department is clean, the employees speak Russian and possibly English, all are polite, always help, try to do their job well, I think this is the most important thing. If there is a big queue, then just go to other hours and that's it, don't complain the world doesn't owe you anything, you have to be more careful
They do not contact you if there are errors in the address or something else. Almost all the parcels were destroyed, but to find out, you need to stand in line for 40-60 minutes.
But the staff is professional, no one is rude and confrontational, thanks a lot for that.
I sent a postcard. I hope he will come to Moscow)))
There was almost no queue, which pleased me

Very polite people work at this post office. They sent a postcard and forgot to write the address, so the girl ran outside to tell us about it. Thank you for her kindness and responsiveness)
I arrived at 9:10, 10 minutes after the opening. He left with the package in 15 minutes. Everything is polite, with coupons. Before that, I came in at 14 o'clock, but I did not wait in line, there were 20 people in front of me.
I was picking up a package ordered on Alik. The queue is electronic, no one climbs out of line. They work a little slowly, but no one in Batumi is in a hurry at all. The condition of the room is like at any post office, the main thing is that they know where your parcel is! 😅
Very slow service. You spend more than an hour in a queue, a queue of 30+ people. Even if the scoreboard was hung up on the street, people still can't fit.
