A great hotel for any age!
There are many sports sections/games and so on, as well as parties and celebrations!
The food is great, there's nothing to complain about at all!
Alcohol: tequila and rum are just top, the wine is good, baileys, the rest is for the amateur (there are also many cocktails both alco and without)
The hotel is good, but the impression was greatly spoiled by a trip to one of the restaurants of this hotel: Steakhouse. This is the first time I've encountered such disgusting service. There were only four tables occupied in the restaurant, but we hardly saw the waiter. First, snacks and wine were brought to us. The snacks are so-so, and the wine is warm. I had to ask for years to add it to the wine. Then they brought tolerable salads, but the hot one had to wait a very long time!!! And finally it was served to us. We ordered three types of hot dishes for six people and they brought cold, tasteless stuff to everyone: steaks with a bunch of veins, meat on the bone can not be chewed, the chicken is very over-dried. The second time, warm wine was brought again and without ice. We didn't drink it anymore. Well, the cherry on the cake: they did not accept payment in lira (only in euros). Not accepting payment in the national currency, how is this even possible?
Problems with air conditioners. It is a long way to the beach, it is especially difficult to climb the mountain in the heat. The beach shuttle is one tiny one for 5 people, it rarely goes. There is a lot of food, varied. There are 4 free a la carte restaurants. Turkish is not recommended, it is organized in the beach bar. the range of food is even worse than during the day. Very small and thin towels for sun loungers. The shift is only in one place near the pool or at the reception. There is no issue/exchange on the beach. Strong alcoholic drinks are so-so. Normal pink wine and sparkling white wine. They try to cool it down. Of the tetrapackets from the refrigerator, only peach and tomato juice. I do not recommend the rest of the juices from large containers. Good service in the lobby bar, not at the beach bar. There are a lot of families with young children in the hotel - constant crying and screaming. Music in the evenings - by one. It would have been better if it hadn't been at all. A couple of singers with old songs, the same ones every night. The impression of the hotel is ambiguous. The interior is a mixture of collective farm and gypsy. They clean normally. To update tea, coffee, soft drinks in the room - ask at the reception. This is unpleasant. There is no hair conditioner. Only liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel of poor quality in wall dispensers. The food is for a five, the rest is a two. We haven't seen any animators. Individual activities and sports can be recorded through the hotel's app. I don't want to go to this hotel anymore. Everything was more stressful there than it gave an opportunity to relax.
