I liked the beach. There aren't many people, considering the New Year holidays. The sand is white, the water is clear.
Each cafe has its own sun beds with umbrellas, they charge 100 baht apiece. The staff responds quickly to you - they bring drinks and food to the table next to your sunbed. Or you can eat at a table in a cafe. The prices are about the same everywhere, the food is delicious.
As for the street, there is practically nowhere to go. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance, and you need to go to the rest or stomp around pretty well. 7/11 is on the other side of the street from the beach (through the ring to the left), there is also a mini market with fruits.
Overall, we liked the beach itself, but there's nowhere to go in the evening.
A very beautiful and quiet place. On the left (if you face the sea) you can go to a small cozy beach where there are few people. There are a lot of fish near the rocks in the season, you can safely swim in a mask and admire the underwater world. There is a passage to this "hidden" beach through the cafe, which stands on the left by the rocks. The road is quite good, the main thing is to take your time and find a well-maintained path. In the middle of the beach, a little deeper from the sea, there is a toilet with a free shower. Deck chairs, of course, for money, not expensive, you can take them for a day and calmly leave your belongings, swim, walk. Cafes, everything for a snack is there. There are usually not many people, as they are far from the noisy places. We rested nearby at the hotel, we were delighted with the cleanliness, beauty and sparsely populated, and the underwater world. There are waves here in the off-season, just like everywhere else. You will not admire the fish, you need to go to the islands for this. But you can swim in the waves. At the same time, be sooo careful. Sometimes they are delayed. Now there are lifeguards or beach workers everywhere who look after relaxed tourists who want to go further into the water during the waves, blow whistles, call back to shore. There are mangrove trees in the shade of which you can hide in the heat.
Surin is a public beach in western Phuket. Beach cleaning, Audy cafe, Noname, a wonderful shop with fruit smoothies and alcoholic drinks for 100 baht are located on the right side of the beach (if we are facing the sea). The wide coastline, fine sand and the beautiful entrance to the sea are a great place to relax (even with small children)
Parasailing 1,500 baht
A boat to the nearby wild beach runs every 30 minutes and costs 200 baht per person. It departs from about the middle of the beach, closer to the left side.
There is a shower (20 baht)
The presence of palm trees creates a tropical picture and the right shade.
Along the entire beach there are spontaneous cafes and massages, vendors - you will often hear that this is the embankment. You get there and realize how much you love any well-equipped embankment in our Russia.
