We were in August ‘24. I really liked it. Admission is free, parking is free. Paid comfortable sun beds with an umbrella (2 sun beds + 1K straw umbrella).
There is a beach bar and takeaway food, the prices are adequate. There you can also go inside and eat salads, soups, hot dishes according to the extended menu
Toilets and showers are equipped on the beach, clean enough (not ideal, but tolerable)
The beach is sandy, the entrance to the water is 2 meters of pebbles. The entrance to the sea is not very smooth, it is necessary to be careful with small children.
The water is clean, the beach is clean too. I recommend it boldly

A beautiful beach with almost clear water. Sand with small pebbles. Cafes, restaurants, music. Changing booths. Toilets, I think even a shower. Water activities. Other locations are just garbage dumps. However, the sea is clean enough, because apart from sewage, nothing else is drained into the sea, there is no production.

The impression of being on the beach is ruined in 2 minutes.
There was no one who heard about delicacy towards children here at all: they would shout under the ear of a sleeping child or smoke directly in his face.
The water is quite clean, but there is no merit in this by the staff, but no one cleans the sand: they found needles, poo, cigarette butts everywhere (they took deck chairs near different cafes, the situation is the same)

Nice clean beach. There is sand in the beach area. There are pebbles by the water. There is not enough of a large faction. Walking is comfortable enough. There is everything you need. Umbrellas, awnings, bar, showers and changing rooms. The water is clean. Root jellyfish are sometimes present in the water. The shore is flat and comfortable for swimming. There is a view of the whole city and the port of Sukhum.

Sinop beach is in a terrible unsanitary condition, look at the horror: piles of rusty iron, garbage everywhere, dirt, rebar sticking out of the sea.You can run into one of these valves with fatal results !!! After all, the main tourist destination in Abkhazia. Neither the administration nor the locals can even ensure order on the beach. Shame! Shame on you! A dolphin washed up by the sea has been lying on the shore for the second week, in a pool of blood, dried up in the sun. I wrote to the administration about the dolphin, they replied, "thank you for contacting us, we will transfer it to the authorized services," but it is still lying there. The stench of the carcass on the whole beach is simply disgusting.
The sea is average, clean relative to Sukhum (where the port is: stink and mud) and dirty relative to Pitsunda (gle crystal clear water).
Not only tourists come here, but also many locals. Aren't the locals and the administration ashamed of their city, their nature and ecology? Is it really pleasant to live in this mud, to swim next to garbage under the stench of a decomposing corpse???? Do they respect themselves???? Do they respect us????? Restoring and maintaining order on the beach does not require huge amounts of money. Shame on you!!!!! We went a lot of places during these three weeks, but about plus/ minus everywhere on the beach, except for small paid places. . That's horrible. We came here in the hope of pure nature and the sea, but we live like in a dumpster. If they do not take measures, then most tourists will never return here, and new ones will not come.

The price for 2 deck chairs under a common canopy is 500 rubles, deck chairs with mattresses, there are wooden and plastic ones. There are fewer people than for Mocha, but drinks and food are not served and, in fact, only the bar worked. There is a type of restaurant in a wooden house, but I strongly advise against it - the prices are at least twice too high, and the quality is mediocre!
