I ran through the reviews... why are you people eating in Thai?
If you're looking for love and adventure, you're definitely not here. Railay has its own relaxing atmosphere- on a restaurant street, cafes for different budgets, a souvenir, Rastafarian bars with live music- and you don't have to drink anything there, you can just grab a glass and enjoy live music. The beach - lagoon of the princess is greeted by overhanging rocks- you feel like a grain of sand at this moment, for me, a grotto for desires with members is superfluous there- but it attracts a lot of ladies- they probably ask for a "rich" husband with a lot.... With a wallet , or at least a thick one . I recommend walking to the middle of the beach, where you can go to the cliff at low tide. Around the bend, at the end of the beach, there is privacy - just you, the rocks, the purest sand and the sea. At low tide, you can also walk along the rocks and take pictures. You can also sail to this beach by kayak, renting it on the main beach, in this case you will have a lot of impressions.
Hotels are the only one, probably the most decent hotel On the beach of princesses - the cost starts from 50 per day, the rest have some nuances: there are expensive hotels, but with a really good view - chic rooms, everything is expensive and rich, live music in the evenings. There are hotels off the beach with stunning views of the cliffs, but the rooms need renovation. There are very green hotels, the number of rooms is different. Everything is relative.... Krabi, namely Railay, is a very cool place, I advise you to stay there for 3/4 days- lie on the purest sand, swim in the emerald sea, look at the rocks / feel like something very small under the majestic cliffs
A great and exotic place to relax! You can always find a place to eat delicious food, a good salon with Thai massage, a rich market, many different shops and even sun beds near the cafe are available! I recommend you to visit at least once
It's a great place. I swam on it from a nearby bay (there is a secluded hotel there).
Very beautiful views. Gorgeous beach, shore.
There are cafes, shade, a place to relax.
But you have to understand that staying here in a hotel, you are practically on a desert island. It's not realistic to get out anywhere. There is no land road!
I didn't go far along the beach, I didn't have time.
I saw live monkeys rampaging on the roofs of buildings.
The sea and the weather were beautiful (May)
A gorgeous paradise with beaches with the purest sand and the most beautiful views. You can get from Ao Nang by longtail. It is required to visit. The only thing that upsets me is that the food in the establishments is expensive and not tasty, not Thai.
A cool beach.
But it's better to take a boat and go to the islands.
I took a boat, took a refrigerator from them, loaded ice into it, everything I bought in the store and food in cafes.(you can also buy noodles to brew on the island)
Bottom line:
I spent the whole day on a very beautiful desert island with my own food.
The boat is 2500 Thai money.
Sunsets bomb
Of course, this is an unrealistically beautiful place. And it's better to stay here for at least a couple of days to feel and absorb everything. A day trip is not the same at all. We spent 4 days here, visited all the beaches, went kayaking, walked through the jungle, saw monkeys, monitor lizard, toucan.
Raleigh Beach, of course, is better than the western one, which ships sail to, but even here it can be dirty. And garbage is, in general, a shame for such a place. No one bothers to clean plastic bottles, bags, etc., although there are good hotels nearby.
The most beautiful sunsets are right here! As our friends told us: at 18:15 you will come to the beach and see a stunning sunset. And then you raise your head - and there flying foxes are flying. And that's the way it is! There are monkeys about 250 meters away. Cool!
It's not the same after the beaches of Phuket. It's beautiful, of course, but the water is not clear, the beach is not equipped. The views are great, yes. Longboats add a special charm.
A magnificent beach with stunning views. You can take a kayak and sail along the island, there are nearby beaches where you can also walk and relax. There is an opportunity to have a snack in a cafe, relax under palm trees or take a walk inland.
The beach is very nice. You can get from Ao Nang by boat. Take a round-trip ticket right away. We always borrowed from the blue company. Walk away from the boats to the side under the trees. It's quieter there and it's better to swim
It's a very beautiful beach. Super sand. Beautiful views. One caveat, very little shadow. And in the sun in this heat, you can get burned in 20 minutes.
Not a bad beach, there is everything you need except sun loungers, while it is interesting to take a walk, I strongly recommend going to the rock where the climbers, the path there is very beautiful
The best place on earth to take a break from the noise. You need to stay here and spend the night for at least a couple of days. Coming by boat for a day is not the same at all!!
Very picturesque beach, clear water, mountains. However, you can only get here by boat (there is another option, but it is difficult). And another of the disadvantages is that despite the fact that there are trees here, it is difficult to hide from the sun in the afternoon
The most gorgeous beach! One of the best in the Krabi area. We got to it from Ao Nang beach on long tail for 400 baht per person (round trip price). There are cafes and shops on the beach, the beach itself is very clean, the water is clear and warm. Walking 10-15 minutes between the caves with stalactites - and you can get to the even more beautiful beach of Pranang cave beach. In general, we really liked it! Be sure to visit these two places if you are in Krabi!
Beautiful nature, an interesting place for walking, relaxing and swimming. There are disadvantages - a lot of people, the sea is not always blue, there are tides
It's not bad, against the background of the fact that you can't get to the neighboring beach of Phranang Cave with longtails now, access has been closed. Minus - at low tide, the southern (left, if you look at the sea) part is very shallow and rocky. But there is a great village with cafes, shops, etc.
I definitely recommend visiting the beach. There you can enjoy the sights for more than one day: These places include observation decks, a hidden lagoon in the jungle, caves and huge grottoes, magnificent kayaking, a climbing wall. There are shops and cafes on the beach to suit your taste and wallet.
Very picturesque beach, beautiful cliffs, clear water, fine sand. But after lunch, the tide usually goes out, which makes it difficult to enter the water.
The beach is very beautiful. The water in the sea is emerald-colored and transparent. The mountains around are of unreal beauty. We got the best photos on this beach.
The beach is very beautiful. You can get to it by boat from Ao Nang Beach for 100 baht. On both sides of the cliff. The water is clear, but the bottom is muddy. There are sharp corals and shells. There are many cafes on the beach. On the main street (it is perpendicular to the beach) there are shops with souvenirs, swimsuits and fruits.
The main thing is to visit the beach at the right time. Beauty strongly depends on the presence of the sun, tides, tides, rain the day before.

We rented a longtail and Reilly was the last stop of our trip to the islands of Krabi. A cozy bay, no waves at all and very warm water. There are several hotels and a couple of restaurants right next to each other on the beach. As part of the trip, and swimming for an hour is a good option, you probably don't need to go on purpose. Although who cares :)
