A large selection of cafes and restaurants right by the road ... put the bike on, went in to eat and go ahead.🏍️ One day we stopped by in the morning, had a good breakfast, walked along the beach, slept in the distance sitting on a rope swing, and as we were about to drive on, I noticed an almost empty tank in a rented bike. 👉Without difficulty, asking the locals for help with refueling, they refueled a whole bottle prepared for tourists like us quite inexpensively😂 03/11/2024 And here we are again! This time, we were looking for a boat for a trip to the coral island. I can't say that it became easier to bargain on the cost of a boat, but after an hour we still managed to find young positive Thais who easily agreed to our price! Instead of 2000 baht, for 1500. And it's not that they were looking for "the last ones". It's about trade! Previously, Thais smiled and continued to bargain. It was like a ritual. But everything is changing, even in Thailand, especially in a tourist destination.🤔 They take you for about three hours, you enjoy the wonderful beaches on the island and when you are almost tired, you return on the same longtail boat back to the place on Rawai. Believe me, there will be a lot of impressions! Feel free to try this option of a simple walk to the beauty of a very close island! The journey time takes less than 30 minutes each way.👍 And most importantly, do not forget!☝️ Rawai, a place of excellent prices for seafood! Landmark pier. The local market starts right there, mostly filled with seafood at a lower price all over Phuket!💪 If you want, you can taste the dishes of your choice right here, if you want to pack everything with you. (and that doesn't make the food any less delicious) And if you want to cook it yourself, it's even cheaper. Walk 20 meters further into the depths of the market and you will see Thai locals and us tourists in the same queue for sea delicacies🙏

There was some kind of banana beach nearby, but it says private territory is closed there. There is a construction site at the end of the beach and the poor live in wooden houses

We didn't swim, it's up to you, the water, of course, is not ideal among boats, but it's not a swamp visually either. As for me, it is quite possible to dive. The calm is absolute even in the low season. In the middle of Rawai there is a fish market (not the main one, which is in the corner, but a tourist one, with buses with tourists from China), the boatman showed how the market drains some waste into the water through an underground pipe. This is most likely a stormwater drain, not a sewer. However, the beach is long, 500 meters along the shore it should definitely already be clean. In the evening, it's very beautiful to walk along the beach, especially at low tide, and it's also interesting - a bunch of crabs and all sorts of small marine nonsense. Plus, a longtail to the nearest Bon island. 800-1200 b. round trip for a boat. Here, as agreed, the standard is 1000. It's very convenient - I left the condo, crossed the road, got into a boat, and ten minutes later I was on an almost perfect beach. By the way, I do not recommend sailing to other locations - swim longer and you can get into the crowds. For example, there are a lot of groups of organized Pakistanis right on Banana Beach. Rawai itself is generally quiet and calm: 7-11, a dozen and a half cafes, a few makashnits, exchangers and massages. In short, everything is there, but without the crowds and noise-the noise-the stink like in Patong/Carone. At 23:00 everyone is asleep. With children, if they really need to go to the playroom and the pool with balls)), then there is a Rawai Park nearby. Probably you can live here on vacation (not for long) even without your own transport, but the presence of it is recommended, because a taxi to Nai harn, for example, 250 baht or so, to Ao yong is already 600.
