Positive:

I rested at this hotel with my family in June 2022. In general, everything is fine, starting with check-in and ending with food, everything was fine except.....all animation is done only in Italian, it's a shame because you feel flawed)) There is a very nice receptionist at this hotel, Julia, very caring to our Russian tourists, always interested in how we rest, whether we like everything .... could settle any problem if it arose!

Everything is great, but the food is just super, which is quite important on vacation. The hotel is purely family-run, the reef has a fairly large cavern, the water in which is just above the waist until low tide, which creates ideal conditions for bathing children in combination with an abundance of fish. For those who like to dive, there is a pier and a depth of 12-15m immediately on the edge of the reef, you can also swim there.

Now I'm going to tell you the whole truth about this dreary place. I've already been to Egypt for the 15th time. This hotel positions itself as a 5*.
We rested in this hotel with friends from July 22 to 29, 2023, lived in the main building overlooking the pool.
And now in order:
1. Reception. Boorish employees, especially Mahmoud, for them tourists from Russia are exclusively a purse full of money. No one will do anything to you just to make your vacation good. Mahmoud refused to extend the room for money!!!!, referring to the fact that you are 4 people, you have 2 rooms, one is enough for you, he managed to get in the way.
2. The territory. It's common in Egypt. Well-groomed, clean, without any special features to admire.
3. The beach. This is the most important and important thing. We are going to Egypt to swim in the sea, but not in this hotel. Before lunch, waves and swimming are prohibited from the pier, stones are everywhere from the shore and the maximum depth for an adult is just above the knee. After lunch, you can swim from the pier, but there is a queue of 50 people and a staircase to the sea no more than 50 cm wide. Therefore, all our attempts to swim in the sea ended up wetting our feet near the shore. This is a fiasco.
4. Rooms. The hotel is old, the rooms are tired, Valera hair dryer, towels are torn and washed, the mini bar is empty. The air conditioner is working, the room is large, the balcony is large, but the room is not comfortable and not cozy.
5. Restaurants. Breakfast is not any kind, lunch is fine, without anything delicious, dinner is not bad, you can even eat something. In general, there is food there according to the principle of the type, but not edible. There were even crabs, bitter with a taste of ammonia. The pastries are all dry and monotonous, the fruits are green and rotten, and what is more or less edible, the cook himself puts it on you, and you stand with your hand outstretched and ask, well, that's for yourself.
6. Bars. Exclusively local cheap swill, flies and smelly drinks.
7. Staff. 50/50. The attitude towards tourists from Russia is disgusting. Italians can do anything, but you can do nothing from Russia. Even the transfer guide managed to be rude. Apparently they forgot what it was like for 5 years without tourists from Russia.
To sum up, I'll be honest, going to this hotel means spoiling your vacation, spending money and running into disadvantages at every step, although we did not look for them in every possible way, but arrived exclusively in a good mood.

The food is top notch! A variety of food is served daily. In 9 days, one was made entirely of seafood: fish, shrimp, squid, and other marine life!
Service and staff, the rating is good. Important: not intrusive!
The territory is huge, well-groomed, diverse!
Rooms are cleaned on a regular basis, there are no complaints about anything!
Cleanliness is everywhere!!! We didn't see dirt, garbage and other things anywhere.
The beach is good! Ebb and flow: 2 full swimming holes. Control by rescuers: constant (some Vacationers tried to go beyond the zone, but the rescuers' reaction was instant)
Drinks are standard: who likes what :)
Pools: 3 pieces. Each has a children's area. Clean.

Good afternoon!
We stayed at this hotel from July 17-30, 2023. The hotel was chosen based on reviews and we were very disappointed, the written reviews do not correspond to reality, maybe the vacationers have not been anywhere else and they have nothing to compare with. The hotel is very old, there are no air conditioners in the corridors (+41 on the street), it is impossible to sit in the lobby, in the main restaurant, you sweat.
The hotel is on austerity, the bed linen has not been changed for all 2 weeks (I did not immediately understand, since they refueled every day). As it turned out later, a change of linen is on demand. The towels are scary, gray and this is a five star hotel, horror!
The food from lunch was refined and served as new dishes for dinner. Swimming from the pier is torture, the current is very strong, you hold on to the rope, kick your legs, go
back out. The service staff became so arrogant that until you give money, they don't do anything at all, and sometimes they even messed up, rolled up a dirty foot towel and put it on the bed. A two-star hotel is a stretch, especially with children, I do not advise going at all, the sanitation is complete.

Just returned from this hotel!
The impressions are pleasant, it was the first time in Egypt. We were placed in a bungalow, near the sea and the pool, which we were glad of! The audience is mainly 70% Ukraine, 20% Russia, 10% Italians. The food is not bad, not 5*, closer to 4. Almost every day there were seafood, 2 delicious strawberries, delicious pasta from the Italian chef, grilled dishes, you can always find something to your taste. The only thing I couldn't get used to was the tasteless desserts, everyone had the same taste of something unpleasant, I don't know what the recipe is, although someone took them, everything is individual. Tasteless diluted juices, ice cream is not natural, chemical, but you get used to it over time)The sea is beautiful, but it has always been windy..(As the hotel guests told us, this is such a place-and the wind is there at any time of the year, keep this in mind when booking, it may be better to stay in the bay. The reef is beautiful! Everything is excellent, we were satisfied with the rest, I think we would have returned to this hotel!The territory is large and well maintained. For several years now, I have been traveling the world and writing reviews for hotels in various countries. I have tried to present what you will read next in the form of a comic story, but all the facts in it are true.
So, let's get started.
The main problem of the hotel is its Italian-savvy. Animation, staff, chefs - absolutely everything - treat them like VIP clients, Italians have their own cool mini club and outlets throughout the hotel, waiters and chefs serve them first, their orders are fulfilled faster than anyone else, and requests to the staff are simply fulfilled. If you are Russian, be kind enough to leave a big tip and be polite even to the staff, and I advise you not to wait for such politeness back. Russian Russian animation is held at two points and in some old children's basement, in which there is a mini club for Russian children. Chefs don't serve Russians as much food as they want, and in principle they don't show respect, just like cleaners, bartenders, and other staff who look into your pocket waiting for money. For Russians, everything was done exclusively from under the stick, the benefit of influence helped to settle all problems and achieve normal treatment.
Layout:
The hotel is a fairly large area, where residential sectors, swimming pools and other infrastructure are randomly scattered. This is not to say that one hotel de jure combines two, although no one makes a de facto distinction between them. In the bungalow sector, it is very easy for a small child to get lost, since all the houses are in a dense layer, and the paths are extremely confusing.
Restaurants and bars:
In total, there are two restaurants at the reception, Italian and fish restaurants, Internet cafes and several bars near the pools and the sea on the joint territory of the hotel. Most of them are savvy to Italian cuisine and specialize in seafood, dough and spicy food, which will cause dislike from anyone who is at least somewhat committed to healthy food. Drinks in bars are absolutely standard, the range of non-alcoholic cocktails is extremely small. Alcohol is dispensed even to minors.
Internal price list:
The best cocktails in bars cost $ 3 and $5, and it is not possible to mix them yourself. Ordering a meal in the room is a paid and expensive service. There are also two paid restaurants, the service and food in which, frankly, are worse than in the free ones.
Food:
The dishes are prepared from the lowest quality products, which is a consequence of corruption among the management of the hotel. Any products go through three or even more cooking stages. The first is fresh feeding, the second is heat treatment, the third is breaded feeding. The dishes themselves are cooked carelessly, often under- or over-cooked. At least it's good to have fresh vegetables. However, there are no separate hot sauces in the restaurants, and the seafood is all over-salted. Anyone, even the most indulgent nutritionist, will make a better menu than the chefs of this hotel.
Living spaces and architecture:
The exterior architecture of the hotel seemed to me too simple and evoking a sense of backwoods. During the construction, they absolutely could not stop at one combination of colors, and therefore various objects in different styles are scattered throughout the hotel, which is a bit like a Tsigane camp. The interior layout of the rooms is a separate topic. Despite the fact that the furniture is located quite harmoniously, the condition of both it and the bathroom, to put it mildly, is alarming. The water pressure in the shower is constantly changing, since the pumps are almost expendable, and it costs a lot of money to replace them. The air conditioner works after an hour on a tablespoon, most doors creak, close poorly and have a noisy click system.
Animation:
The entire animation of the hotel was divided into two teams - Italian and a parody of Russian. The first has separate facilities throughout the hotel and deals only with Italians. The second one moves from one place to another and tries to occupy all the other nationalities. There is also a children's animation, which consists of walking from one pool to another and rare parties. Russian Russian animators themselves are mostly women, some of whom do not know Russian in principle, and most of them are disliked by their cheeky appearance alone, not to mention the manner of conversation and etiquette. It is amazing that the men's part of the Russian and the Italian team in full are absolutely adequate.
Staff:
Absolutely all the staff, with the exception of some animators, are Arabs. The vast majority of them, especially bartenders, love to be rude to customers, not noticing their orders and responding in an extremely cheeky manner. The general style of clothing does not fit into the hotel's parody of the color scheme at all, as it includes not pastel tones, but bright red and bright yellow tones.
Ecology:
The beach at the hotel is unsafe, instead of smooth sand, you can run into sharp stones even far from the seashore. It itself is divided into two parts - the first extends from the shore to the end of the pier and is a dangerous and bumpy coral bottom with a water depth of about an elbow. The second part is the open sea, into which it is forbidden to swim more than a few meters from the pier. The exception is a rope stretched perpendicular to the pier over (well, that is, that is) a beautiful coral reef. The vegetation in the hotel is abundant, but the abundance is disorderly. Especially the bare palm trees, which were put up, apparently, to take a place, stand out from the style. Mosquitoes were one of the main and terrible disasters here, as they absolutely did not meet resistance.
So, I have described all the disadvantages of this hotel. The pros, I think you will not read from me.
My verdict is that if you are Russian, go to Krasnodar, for the same money you will get many times more impressions and opportunities.

The rest was a success, a great party hotel.All the time there are some kind of themed entertainment, constant contests, competitions.Children participated always and everywhere.

A pretty good reef, there is something to see, but in summer the reef is always better, more beautiful and brighter than in winter, in spring.

If I had the opportunity, I wouldn't even put one star on it!!!A day and a half of staying at this hotel turned out to be just hell! Everything is terrible, starting with the receptionists-extremely unpleasant, hypocritical and ill-mannered people!!! The dishes in the dining room are dirty!(you can't call it a restaurant) The service is terrible, the rooms are shabby, the entrance to the sea is creepy, and the windiest bay. Mosquitoes bitten a 7-month-old child in the evening just in the trash! (There are 35 bites on the face !) Thank you so much to the tour operators for transferring us to another hotel where we had a great vacation with our daughter and two grandchildren)
And this hotel, when I remember it, I shudder so much! Memories like in a terrible dream!!

I want to share my impressions about the nubian island aqua park 5 hotel. I was on vacation with a friend at the end of October. I can immediately note that the hotel is located near Sharm El Sheikh airport, we did not waste time traveling to other hotels. The staff welcomed us cordially and warmly. The territory of the hotel is large, the nubian village hotel is also located nearby and you can also freely visit it and ride on water slides! Separately, I would like to note the internal landscape, an artificial river throughout the territory framed by beautiful flowers and plants. The beach is not big, there is an entrance from the shore and from the pier. The pier is closed for the first half of the day, as the place is open and there are strong waves. But after lunch, you can enjoy the incredibly beautiful reef with its inhabitants. Be sure to take a mask with a tube. Food and service: this is not the first time we have rested in 5-star hotels in Egypt, but we have not been fed so tasty and varied anywhere. A large selection of meat, fish, seafood and more. All the staff are polite and helpful, very attentive to the guests. The whole atmosphere was reminiscent of the biblical idea of how people should treat each other: "Love each other like brothers and treat each other with warmth. Be the first to show respect to others." Animators also created a fun atmosphere every day. You can write a lot more good things, in general, we definitely recommend visiting this hotel. And separately, I would like to thank the management and all the staff of the hotel once again for the warm atmosphere and excellent rest!

We had a rest from December 11 to December 18, 2022 . If you travel in a wheelchair, then there will be great difficulties in moving the ramps a little. There is a parking lot / hotel on the territory that belongs to 1 owner . It is very difficult for a wheelchair user to get to the sea - there are a lot of steps to overcome. - once we managed to do it , we didn 't take any more chances . The animation is all in Italian and mostly in 2 hotels. It seems that everything is for foreigners , mostly Italians . There is a heated swimming pool , with our hotel - without heating . I couldn't understand why everyone was swimming there , and we had a void, until I tried it myself . All the entertainment took place in 2 hotels , where you can't get anywhere with a wheelchair . What we had in the evening : from 21 to 24 hours , the girl " sang " in Italian , by the end of the rest it was unbearable to listen to this or . I really wanted her to just shut up . On the positive side: the kitchen is excellent , the chefs have great respect , food , pastries for every taste . There were seafood too, everything is delicious and in large quantities, you will not stay hungry. The room was cleaned every day, the staff is friendly and attentive. In the bar, delicious cocktails are paid 3-5 American rubles , we tried them for free , it 's tolerable . I was pleased with the coffee , fragrant , delicious . The territory is always clean and well maintained. There are small shops here and across the street. If you want to buy something, it is much cheaper near the hotel than. You will be taken on a special tour of the city as a whole. The rest is wonderful, but for ordinary people, it will be difficult for people with disabilities. But, there is one more wonderful moment - my daughter and I bought a diving tour on a huge boat . There's a fire out there! They brought my daughter onto the ship , surrounded her with care and attention , carried her up all the steps in her arms , my daughter with an instructor , went scuba diving , unforgettable impressions ! And they delivered it back to the Pier. Well done guys! Yes, I also forgot to say, if you plan to spend time outdoors in the evening, stock up on mosquito repellent . I was bitten , as I didn't feel it myself.

In general, comparing with other Egyptian hotels, it is normal. There are slides, the sea is on the first line, there is also a reef and a dump in the sea.
The rooms are clean. If you go with a family with 2 children, then a standard room is not suitable, you need to take a family, or at least a superior.
The breakfasts are completely monotonous, they got tired of 8 days. Don't rely on sausages, they're not tasty here. You don't have to go to the ala kart restaurant, there are no frills and therefore it is always empty.
The seafood restaurant is paid, it costs 43 like a dollar per person, we didn't go. We went to naama Bay and there, for $ 50, we ordered a seafood dish, which the four of us could not master.
Otherwise, everything is fine, and most importantly, the staff is very friendly.
