Probably if you want to go there you shouldn’t do it on weekends, otherwise you’ll be surrounded with crowds of people. If you like to get a sun bed or an umbrella you have to come early in the morning. I would separate the tourists here in 2 groups: female part from Russia who are definitely looking for some “adventures” and male part mostly with Arabic origins who are eager to help them to find those adventures.
The beach itself is very beautiful though, there are all the facilities, Wi-Fi and water sports but the sea water is unfortunately full of sea grass. It’s also not the best option to choose for spending time with kids.

It's a wonderful beach, but there are a lot of people. Prices in beach cafes are charged. Free parking to the right of the beach. We took an umbrella with the children, went to the island and lay there - there was almost no one, very shallow.

To be honest, seeing in the pictures beaches with water of a delicate aquamarine color, I thought that artists had worked on them, but it turned out that on Nissi beach the water has exactly this shade. The white sand that covers the bottom of the beach brightens the water, shading its transparency. Our hotel was quite far from Nissi, but we liked it so much that we often visited it.

The beach is very clean, it can be seen that there are no cigarette butts or garbage that is on other beaches of northern Cyprus. Here, 2 euros for a chaise longue at least justify their own. The beach is sandy, although there were algae in the water, which I didn't really like!

This is a magical beach! Snow-white sand, transparent turquoise sea! If you stir up the sand, it immediately settles and the water does not get cloudy. Nearby in shallow water (knee-deep) you can go to the island, where you can take photos with stunning views. Snorkeling is possible around the island. The beach is public, you can rent a chaise longue and an umbrella for a fee.

To be honest, this beach in the photo impressed me more than in reality. Yes, turquoise-colored water and a spit of snow-white sand are present. But at the same time it is very small, boring, a huge number of people around.
In 2 weeks in Ayia Napa, we visited this beach only once.

For someone, it's a noisy anthill! After all, this is not a place where you can calmly relax, immerse yourself in your thoughts, take a break from megacities and people forever flashing by. Everything is exactly the opposite here.
Therefore, Nissi Beach has both ardent admirers and eternal critics. The beach tastes and colors, as they say.

Unfortunately, the shallow place with clear blue water is filled with not sober adults and as a result, all family people with children go swimming in another part of the bay. The cafe on the beach is not as tasty as possible. They simply can't cook fries and chicken nuggets. But there is a cool coffee shop "assholes" right on the road). So if the hotel is far away, it's better to have something to eat there.

The best beach in Cyprus, traveled all over the island!!!

Of the minuses, there are a lot of people, especially wild redneck compatriots, the whole beach is in sunbeds, everything is paid on the shore, even to rinse with running water. It's very far to the center, take an ATV, you can't walk.
