There are many shops with a wide variety of goods: souvenirs, jewelry, summer clothes, small things.you can rent a room on the beach right there cheaply with an ocean view.The prices are very affordable and of course it is necessary to bargain, otherwise they will not be respected, it is customary in the south and east, and it is nice to buy what you like cheaper.Above on the shore there is transport, the ubiquitous ‘tuk-tuks'. Shops with fruits and vegetables are generally convenient. The airport is a maximum of 30-40 minutes away. And most importantly, people. They are very friendly and smiling, it is unusual for us, at first it seems that they need something from us, we are all very suspicious.Everyone is smiling and enjoying life here, from small children to the very old.The weather is very comfortable-27-32 plus, the water is about + 30. the air is dry.Take a minimum with you: shorts, a T-shirt and flip-flops-everything! Nothing else is needed.(and swimming trunks or a swimsuit).That's about it.

I was in March 2024, the big waves do not allow me to swim, they say it is not the season. The water is clean, the sand is black, sometimes yellow. You can climb the lighthouse to the observation deck, the ticket is 40 rupees, from a height there is a beautiful view.
Paid deck chairs, 100 rupees a day. There are many Russian speakers, and the Indians themselves already speak Russian.
The food in the cafes is very interesting and delicious, order steaming cabbage - I liked this presentation of the dish. There are a lot of fruits and juices, lassies are also delicious.
In general, it was interesting, beautiful, and it turned out to sunbathe.
