There are not many people on a great beach, 2 sun
beds, 10lar stones are large, the descent is steep, clean, there is a rest (no one cares about you), a bar on the beach, if you want to eat, it's better to go to a cafe near Neptune. there is a good toilet, a shower to change
clothes from Batumi max 25 lars taxi,
on average 15 lars one way
The beach is very spacious and clean. There is a changing booth. You can rent a sun lounger for GEL 5 for the whole day, an umbrella. The pebbles are large, it is difficult to walk barefoot and especially to get out of the sea, it is better to have special shoes, they can be purchased from local merchants.
Kvariati beach is clean , with large pebbles. There are no large skyscrapers!!! They often go on , but they end quickly. There are decent, clean cafes with good food. Sapboards, catamarans, umbrellas and sun beds are available for rent.
Cons: there are few showers and they are paid, there are no changing rooms and toilets (only in cafes nearby).
Everything is as I like it, the sea is velvety, the pebbles are large, restaurants are right on the beach, everything is delicious. The only thing is, this place is not for parties, at 23 o'clock most restaurants close, and the kitchen generally until 22.
The most beautiful beach in Batumi! Clean, comfortable, with sun beds, umbrellas, showers and changing rooms. The sea is crystal clear, the pebbles are smaller than on the central beach. And what kinds! Nature-rich mountains with their 60 shades of green, delight!
We tried the entire coast of Georgia, here, despite the pebble entrance, the sea is cleaner. In 12 days, only 1 time mud came to the shore. Jellyfish are rare, but you don't really see fish either. Snorkeling masks were not particularly needed
The place is good, the cleanest sea in Adjara is on it. But there is a minus, unofficial paid Parking, you arrive, you park almost on the side of the road, there is no one. When you come back, there is some elderly Georgian in a greasy vest and claims that there is paid parking here))) I found out from the taxi drivers, they said it was just loafers making money that way and not only on this beach. In fact, everything is free there.
A trifle, but unpleasant)
At the end of September 2024, we lived in Batumi, but went swimming in Kvariati twice. We got there and back by Yandex taxi, the price of a 1-way trip is about 11-12 GEL.
Compared to Batumi, the water in Kvariati is very clean, it was not crowded, you can rent an umbrella and a chaise longue. There is a cafe, a grocery store.
There is a Gonio area in front of Kvariati, Gonio-Apsaros fortress is located there, the Romans built it, I highly recommend it to history lovers.
The beach itself is a fire. Few people. There is a restaurant nearby (at the hotel), where, in general, it is not expensive to have lunch.
If you come here by taxi (especially for cash), then it's no problem to come here, and you have to wait a very long time for a taxi back if you don't have a local card linked. And of course there are always traffic jams
The beach is pebbly. The sea is very clean. There are paid sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. The shower is paid. There are many cafes at the hotels. The average check is 20lari per person.
For the first 5 days we admired the beauty of this beach and the purity of the water, but in the last visit we were generally disappointed, because some kind of sewer was lowered into the water. And all the dirt ended up in the sea, mullets devoured all this garbage in huge flocks. That's why I didn't even want to go into the water. And so the prices are reasonable, parking is 5 lari, a sunbed is 5 lari, an umbrella is also 5 lari. Sap rental is 20 GEL per hour. You just need to take it from the one in whose service area you are lying.
A beautiful place , the beach is not crowded , the water is clean ,several cafes , various water activities are clean ,beautiful, magnificent views of the mountains and the sea
We decided to visit this beach to replace another beach in Batumi. Here we liked the descent and the beautiful scenery. We got there by taxi, a 15-minute drive from the airport without traffic jams.
It's definitely worth it, it's very beautiful here!
A beautiful beach, clear water, not many people, the only thing is a sharp approach and a large pebble, it is better to take your sneakers for walking on the carols.
A wonderful place to relax, it was in 2017 and 2024, the mountains are near the sea, the beach is pebbly, the sea is clean. I will definitely come again
They were a long time ago. But the memories are still there. We especially remember Leva from Kvariati. Who was building a house next to the beach, but for some reason he was on the beach all day, and not at the construction site. But he gave us a bottle of wine. We also remember the Kiziki restaurant.
Great
Nice beach, accessible Parking, unlike the center of Batumi. There are not many people, there are sun beds and umbrellas. There are many cafes and shops nearby.
Clean coast, clear water, there are rocks nearby, we jump from them regularly, there are many cafes 150 meters away, there are sun loungers and umbrellas.
This wild beach in Kvariati struck me with its natural beauty and tranquility. Large stones scattered along the shore give the place a special charm, and powerful waves create an unforgettable symphony of sounds. Here, away from the hustle and bustle, you feel an amazing unity with nature and enjoy every moment.
Great beach, beautiful place. It is a little uncomfortable to walk on pebbles, but you can buy special shoes. Sunbeds and umbrellas are expensive. I advise everyone to visit this beautiful place.
There are significantly fewer people than on the beaches of the human settlement of Batumi. It makes it quieter and quieter. Only there is a problem to park.
A beautiful place among the mountains, clean sea (compared to Batumi). You can take sun beds and an umbrella (GEL 5 each item per day). For me personally, the minus is the entrance to the sea of pebbles, but this is for me personally. I love sand. There are many cafes right on the beach where you can have a delicious meal. There is a sap rental service.
The beach is rocky, there are not many cafes on the shore. It has not yet been built up tightly, as in the neighboring gonio. Rescuers are on duty. Moreover, they are not just present, but ride on squares and boats, driving back those who have sailed far away :)
The beach is dirty, cows and horses walk nearby. The entrance to the sea is rocky, it is not suitable for recreation with children. Cafes are very expensive, there are no price tags in the shops.
The water is amazingly clear. We were in Ureki, it is sandy and warm there, in Shkveti, in Kobuleti. But this is the cleanest one. There are rocks and a diving center. The most transparent water
Not bad. For the post-Soviet republic.
The infrastructure is far short even of the Crimea, but there are not so many people. Constantly, because of the cape, any debris is washed up by the current, it is necessary to look for a place BEFORE the current. In general, it is ideal for romantics and locals. It's no longer a cake for Russians, I'm sorry. Because of the collapsed ruble, everything is now expensive, there is zero service.... Sochi is better, objectively.

A beautiful long pebble beach with very beautiful views in all directions. It was a little disappointing that all parking is paid if you arrived by car, but it's still not critical. The border with Turkey is only 3km away. The place is beautiful. It is definitely worth visiting here at least once.
There is only one disadvantage, but this is for me personally, that the beach is with large pebbles, since I prefer sandy beaches. And so there are some advantages
The beach can be said to be wild - of course, it cannot be compared with the beaches in our south - everything is only in its infancy here: there are no changing rooms, no toilet, one shower for the entire beach. I don't know if it works or not, I saw it from afar. There are large umbrellas (30 GEL), small umbrellas, sun beds in the areda. There is no entertainment. Large pebbles, the sea is clear when it is not stormy.
The sea is the cleanest here. Locals claim that this is the most expensive resort in Georgia.
In fact, there are very good view hotels. The all-inclusive format is rare.
a beautiful beach, clean enough, there is a place to eat and something to do besides lying in the sun. In the season, it can be quite densely filled with guests.
Sun beds are 10 GEL. In principle, the beach is clean, but we all made a mess of the sea and now the rotovirus has become an accompanying bonus after swimming, this is already a universal problem, not a specific beach
