The world famous public free Turkish beach in Alanya.
It is absolutely necessary to visit.
Geographically located in the city center, next to the cable car.
A set of two sun beds with soft mats, a table and an umbrella cost 210 liras in October - they did not bargain.
A lot of cafes- the cost is beach😭.
Small stones no more than a pea are very beautiful.
Comfortable entry into the sea.
All yacht tours in Alanya pass nearby, but if you want to swim, you need to come separately by bus or taxi.
Public transport stops are nearby.
Changing rooms, showers, foot washing taps are free of charge.
Very convenient benches for changing clothes.
There is a green park in the immediate vicinity, where you can hide from the sun and walk to the sea from there.
I recommend.

Great beach, clear sea. The beach has everything you need (shower, changing cabins, toilet, sun beds, umbrellas, cafes, trash cans). The locals are very good at keeping clean and collecting garbage for tourists. Just outside the beach there are a huge number of playgrounds, tennis courts, playgrounds, sports equipment, fountains. The landscaping is gorgeous. I can't list everything. Yes, there is no sand on the beach, but very very small pebbles (you can say very large sand), but it is definitely better than walking and lying on gravel. Super, definitely Yes!!! It is a very picturesque place. There is a funicular nearby. If you buy a ticket and climb on it, you will see stunning views.
The beach is magnificent. The sand, the sea is beautiful. The entrance is good, gentle. There is a place to have a snack and the choice of drinks is not bad. We rested in sector 7, There is a shower, changing rooms. The toilet is paid, but clean. Sun beds are paid. Large garbage is being removed. There are a lot of bulls in the sand, the neighboring hotel beaches are cleaner. Everything was very good, until at 17:45, when the sun is still gently warming and you want to lie on a sunbed near the sea, they start to kick you out in a rough form, saying that the beach closes at 18:00. I have never seen such stupidity in any country. I have vacationed on many beaches in different countries, both paid and private and on hotel ones . I was a little upset by this attitude towards tourists.
The beach is very nice, the sun loungers are nice and clean, in 2024 they cost 70 lira, as well as an umbrella. There is a shower for both legs and the whole body. The sand is clean, the entry into the sea is good. Fish often swim to the shore, you can dive in a mask to see them. Garbage arrives in the evening, but not critical. The men work there are cool, you can order food and drinks from them, they will bring you to the chaise longue, the prices are not too high for food.
There is a beautiful view of the fortress and the funiculars.
If you go to the rock there will be a Damlatash cave, I did not go to the cave itself, but there is a smell of urine outside, it is not very pleasant. In general, the beach is beautiful and cozy.
In general, the beach is good, the water is clean, quite transparent, the approach is comfortable, quickly gaining depth. There are a lot of stones at the end of the beach, far from the fortress. That is, it is uncomfortable without waves, but with waves, it is generally dangerous. The cost of sun beds is different everywhere, the logic of its purpose is unclear. The infrastructure is right behind the promenade - there are Migros, cafes. A comfortable enough place to relax, but not a secluded one, of course.
With all the obvious disadvantages (a lot of people, garbage, fucking sightseeing boats, Turks cheating in cafes), one of the best beaches in my extensive collection. For an ordinary family holiday, it's just great. I hate it when you walk half a kilometer, but it won't hide everything. How people stick out from the Side - I just don't understand, it's some kind of shallow swamp. Here is a normal sea, gentle, you will sail away - clean. The whole family to the buoys and get high there! And if there's a storm, Cleopatra is the best place to safely (well, almost) jump in the waves, it's just a separate buzz. And to swim the whole beach to the cliff, mmmm, a thrill. The best time is from the second half of September until November.
Cleopatra Beach in Alanya, Turkey, is a real miracle! Beautiful golden sand, crystal clear water and amazing mountain views create a unique atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility. A wide range of water activities, there are showers, changing rooms. Cozy cafes and restaurants will allow you to plunge into the atmosphere of complete relaxation and enjoyment. Cleopatra Beach is an ideal place to relax and recharge with the sun, sea air and positive energy!🌞🏖🤩
The best urban beach in the south of Turkey, imho)) Special coarse sand and round small pebbles at the water's edge and about 4 m into the water - a very comfortable approach. The water is clean and warm at the end of September. The beach is clean, cleaned. The beach is municipal. The beach is divided into zones by rooms and by hotels. The water has a 10-12m free zone for everyone. Along the beach there are cafes and restaurants, sports grounds. Two wands, an umbrella and a table cost 175-200lir per day. If you leave, then pay again)) Efes beer was brought in an ice bucket for 5-6 euros. Showers, washing feet, changing rooms, toilets are all there.
1. Type 5 points. Ships, fortresses and mountains are doing their job
2. The sea 5
3. Sand 5 is pliable and large, very comfortable
4. Entering the sea 4 due to small stone slabs
5. infrastructure and commerce 1/3 of the beach is just a dump of sunbeds and all sorts of stuff to make money on tourists)) Where the hotels are organized, it is beautiful there, but this is a small part. There are paths on the sand and washbasins, but they are far from in the best condition, so 3
So if you swim for a couple of hours, then you don't need sun beds, if someone wants to lie there all day, then it's normal.
If the hotel is on the first and second lines, then it is very good.
important!
A beach with large stone slabs at the entrance to the sea. Many people suffer and get injured who swim in the right part of the beach, there is a very difficult and dangerous approach. Keep in mind that the closer to the fortress (the left side), the fewer stones and the more comfortable the approach. There are a lot of stones on the right, in the middle of the norm, on the left there are almost no stones there is sand!
It is believed that this is a city beach - near the center of Alanya. At the same time, it is very clean. Nice sand. Magnificent view of the mountain where the fortress is. There are no strong waves in the season. There are large stones in the water along the shore - with a mask, you can observe a huge number of fish (when bathing, the stones do not interfere, they are deep enough). There are cold showers and changing rooms.
The people, of course, are in abundance - the conditions are good. No wonder!
I recommend visiting - the place is iconic.
The beach is located in the central part of Alanya. The quality of the sand is one of the best in Alanya and possibly on the entire coast of Turkey. Although for the most part it is not sand, but very small pebbles. There is a well-developed infrastructure in the beach area. For example, playgrounds for basketball and tennis. There are toilets both on the beach for a fee and off the beach for free behind the playground where a rainbow is painted. Cafes, but the prices are naturally higher than in chain stores. When it comes to drinks and ice cream. As I understand it, the sunbeds are paid and belong either to hotels or bars. Nice view of the mountains and the red castle. It's nice to swim in such an atmosphere. There are cafes and restaurants and various shops near the beach. What is missing on the beach is the shade. Only if you have your own umbrella or rent it on the beach. There are few trees, unless there is a small park nearby where you can get water. The water is warm, the sea is calm, there are no nearby currents and mountain rivers.
The beach is gorgeous, wide and long, there are many places where you can just lie on towels on the sand for free. There are changing rooms and showers for free, toilets are paid. If you take a set of an umbrella and two sun beds, the fee is from 270 to 300 liras per day. The bonus is access to wi-fi. Entering the sea - first the sand, then the plates. The sea is clear, the waves are moderate. A very nice coastal park with fountains, benches, playgrounds and sports grounds. There are many cafes. The road from the hotels to the sea is good, you do not need to cross the highway, just a not very busy, narrow roadway (I'm talking about the way to Beach 3 and 4).
A nice beach, very popular among tourists. Sandy, sun beds and umbrellas are paid, there are showers and cabins to change clothes. The sea itself is very clean and calm in the morning, and there are few people on the beach. However, towards the middle of the day, there is a lot of garbage floating in the sea, crowds of people, and the sea itself is quite raging. There are also plates in the sea, and almost immediately the depth reaches 2 meters. In general, the beach is beautiful and worthy of its popularity, but the sea is a little dirty for lunch (due to yachts dumping garbage there)
A beautiful beach with coarse sand. The sea is azure, the sand massages your feet pleasantly, no dirt, no debris. Nearby there are bars, toilets, changing rooms, showers, footwashers, everything is free. Excellent service. The zones and sun beds are paid, or from hotels, but I didn't need to. You can do with a towel. Beautiful views. And to the mountains, and to the sea, and to boats, and to aerial entertainment. I am very pleased, perhaps the best beaches in Turkey are the Cleopatra area.
It's a wonderful place. Everything is nearby. The sea is clean, warm, and affectionate. The beach is sandy and shallow. Swimming and sunbathing with children is the most convenient place. Sun beds and umbrellas are always available, but you can also get on your towel. It all depends on your desire.
I was in Alanya for three weeks in June, I did not rest in a hotel, the whole Cleopatra beach is divided by different hotels, you can choose the one where the price and quality of service are satisfied. However, the sea was never clean during the three weeks of stay, either in the morning the sea was clear, or in the evening, and due to the fact that the beach is located in a bay, I visited the beach of the Grand Okan hotel , beach #10, we liked that there were few vacationers on this beach for some reason, and the price as and everywhere 140 tour lira for a sunbed and umbrella, the cafe is tasteless, we went a couple of times to the Green Beach restaurant and Loft Lounge Cafe on the beach almost, tasty but expensive, and if you leave the beach and there are many places to eat on the street along the beach, we went a couple of times to establishments with a rating of at least 4.6-Queen's Cafe doesn't seem to be trying very hard where there are a lot of people and the service is so-so, the food is as lucky as you are, my advice is to choose by rating and read the reviews carefully, often the rating is decent, but you read-you like the atmosphere, but nothing about food, not a word, in many places the waiters entertain their guests, and When it's fun and pleasant, it doesn't seem to matter what kind of food
We were here last year and this year, the beach is sandy, sun beds can be rented and there are bars with cafes where you can buy something, but you need to swim carefully because the bottom near the shore is not very, you can get hurt🥲
There are showers and changing rooms, but toilets are not smooth everywhere and somewhere you need to pay for them 😬
Within walking distance on the embankment there are many shops, a cat kindergarten, a statue of Cleopatra and a funicular on which you can climb the mountain
Nice beach, wide, sandy. There is a convenient approach almost all the way. If the visitors were also clean and didn't throw cigarette butts on the sand, it would be great. Beachboys, of course, are cleaned with something that looks like a large colander with a long handle, but this does not really save. Also, the seals, beloved by all of us and the Turks, often use the sand of the beach at their discretion.
Of the advantages: smooth coastline, fine sand, clean enough, smooth approach, lack of stones - everything that nature could do was as pleasant as possible)
Cons: everything that a human hand has touched ... dilapidated umbrellas and sun beds, an exorbitant price tag for food and drinks, they also do not allow their own - they swear
For this, minus a fat star.
And the beach itself is good) and close to urban locations
One of my favorite places. There are a lot of tourists. A place where there is always movement (cafes, tennis and basketball courts, horizontal bars, a large playground, many benches, fountains, funicular). Closer to the mountain, there is a good beach.
There is also a cave and a museum nearby.
I was in Turkey for the first time, in Alanya and I really liked it! Cleopatra beach made an indelible impression, it is a turquoise and warm Mediterranean Sea, a wide beach, extraordinary pebbles! However, unfortunately, no one canceled the human factor , there was small debris in the water
We rested here in July 2024. Nice clean sandy beach. There are volleyball fields, outdoor showers, clean. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid. Nearby there is a developed urban infrastructure - shops, cafes, restaurants, a beautiful well-groomed alley.
It's just a heavenly place-the air and water are clean, the sand is fine, white, a lot of comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, you can order food and drinks, the beach is huge, there are many places, there are sports grounds and children's towns, it's a pleasure to swim, the tan is excellent, I'm pleased even to remember the rest on this beach, very cool!!!
Overall it is beautiful. I rested from October 13 to 26, 2024, beach number 5, sunbed 100 lira, umbrella 100 lira, this is 600 rubles / day (in my opinion, for the end of the season, it is expensive), I was lying on the sand.
Minuses: this is bulk sand. It is comfortable to lie down, but it is impossible to walk, the leg sinks to the ankle, in addition, it is harmful to the joints. I am unhappy that the wooden decking-paths on the sand were removed at the end of October, so it is difficult to walk, and there are still a lot of people.
And of course the stove at the entrance. I personally swam through it, you go up to your waist approximately and the slab begins, it is slippery in places, there are sharp stones. I didn't go into the sea in big waves.
Positive: shower and changing room.
A cool beautiful beach, sun beds are paid, there is Wi-Fi, a cool promenade with playgrounds and sports grounds (basketball, football, volleyball, etc.) near a cable car, a cave, markets, cafes and restaurants
It's just super from the accessibility of all kinds of beach cafes and restaurants to the insanely beautiful view of Mount Cleopatra. I just love it. Even in the mountain itself, the entrance next to the beach is the Dalmantash cave, to all those who suffer from shortness of breath, adenoids and asthmatics it is there. It helps, but not all at once.
Alanya's favorite beach! Very beautiful views, good sand, cleanliness is monitored. You can rent a chaise longue, or you can just lie on your towels on the sand, there are many cafes with snacks and drinks, there is a place to change clothes and shower. We have already rested there 3 times and always want to come again and again!🌴🏖️🌊
A beautiful place, the embankment. There is a place to walk in the evening. At the beginning of the beach there are sports grounds, a tennis court, a beautiful park with fountains. Near the cave and funicular to the fortress. The beach is long, divided into zones. I realized that hotels are attached to certain zones. In each zone there is a cafe, shower, toilet (paid, 5 lira). I was resting in zone 11. A sunbed and an umbrella are 80 liras or 3 dollars/euro, 2 sun beds and an umbrella are 120 liras (price for September 2023). There is a free zone without sun beds. But they don't clean up there and there were a lot of cigarette butts and small debris. The sea is clean, calm. Maybe I was lucky, but out of 10 days, only 1 day was stormy. I was surprised that there are no lifeguards on the beach. There is a tower, but there was no one there. The sand is large, rather it's not even sand, but broken shells. The depth begins almost immediately from the shore. In general, this is a great place to relax and walk, fanned by the legend of Cleopatra Mark Antony.
The impressions are the most positive! The beach is large and conveniently located. The beach is relatively clean, it is forbidden to pass with food and drinks. There are beach cabins and showers.... There are cafes and wi-fi.
The beach is being watched, the sand is beautiful, custom-made and overseas. A view of the Ataturk Tower, the Ataturk Ridge, and the Ataturk Square is available (joke).
There are shops, attractions, beaten-up, rather dull, the price tag is indecent. There is a cool grotto from the east, and there is a normal supermarket Migros in the block.
In the evenings, the locals arrange parties, get to know each other. They are rustic, they want your hat, clothes, sneakers, money, gadget - do not relax. But they'll buy you a cigarette. Cigarettes are expensive, local ones are 4 times cheaper, but worse than the prima
A very cozy beach with good infrastructure. Wooden paths all the way to the water. You can drive with a stroller without any problems. Clear. There are paid deck chairs. Free on your towel. The sand is coarse, easy to shake off. There are free showers. The sea is always wonderful!
A pleasant landscaped beach along the coast of Alanya, there is a picturesque bay with an ancient fortress. From the bay you can go for a boat trip or enjoy the local atmosphere in one of the coastal cafes
What can you say about Cleopatra Beach? Admission is free, if you wish, you can stay under an umbrella with a sun lounger for a fee. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is excellent, which is good after the hotel beaches. There are changing rooms and fresh showers, an embankment with paths, small squares, playgrounds and sports grounds stretches along the beach. It is definitely worth a visit, especially since you can take a ride on the funicular and visit the Alanya fortress. without overpaying for a tour of Alanya from the hotel.
We love this beach and this place in general. We are happy to come here for a vacation. Very convenient infrastructure, everything is there. You can buy clothes, medicines and accessories. There are many grocery stores.
The hotel is wonderful...the rooms are very nice..the bed is new-the bed is good!!!
The beach is beautiful..the sun beds are yours ! The waiter will bring anything you want from our bar! Champagne from morning to evening!!! The food is delicious...the choice is not big, but everything is delicious!!!
Favorite beach in Alanya. Noisy sea, slightly difficult entry, you can find a good place to enter. The beach is mostly clean and urban. Paid. There are many different places in front of the beach for walks, photo shoots. There are a lot of cafes. There are many sports fields, courts, a playground, outdoor exercise equipment in front of the beach. Fountains, bridges, greenery
Developed infrastructure and the Cote d'Azur, it's all about Cleopatra beach. If you want a clean sea and evening traffic, then go only to the center of Alanya. There is not a single beach in the city center more beautiful than Cleopatra
We had a rest in October 2024. One of the best beaches on the coast. In the morning, the water is exceptionally clean. Quartz white sand. Disadvantages : a lot of people (especially on weekends), a lot of cigarette butts (mostly the Turks themselves smoke and throw them into the sand), by 11-00 about 20 ships with tourists approach the beach and all the garbage from the ships flies into the sea, it becomes unpleasant to swim,an umbrella on the beach 5 euros, a chaise longue 5 euros is expensive (expensive).
Very beautiful. It is clean and there are wonderful places for walking nearby. The park, the embankment, you can take a funicular up the mountain and walk in the shade of the pines on the territory of the fortress.
We rested from 12-22.10.24 at the Sultan Sipahi resort hotel, the beach.5 is assigned to this hotel. It takes 5 minutes on foot to get to the beach from the hotel by crossing a one-way road. The beach is excellent: sand, smooth entrance, clear, blue water. You can walk all along the coast, there are no distinctions on the beaches. We didn't take sun beds, everyone was lying on their towels and didn't even need an umbrella, the temperature was very comfortable! Let's go back to this beach again! The sunsets are cosmic.
We were with my wife in the second half of October 2023, lived near the water park. We were lucky with the weather, the sea is gorgeous. The entrance to the sea is coarse sand. The beach is good, the only thing is that the sun beds and deck chairs are paid, and the price tag is not quite humane, in the end they took a large blanket, I saw that some came with beach umbrellas. I liked the location very much, near the funicular, an underground cave (you can see it once), a fortress, a port, mosques, a fish market, an embankment, a children's town, cafes. You can see more details on the map, everything is located within walking distance. We rented a board, swam independently to the mainsail and the shipyard. We traveled like savages, who are also going to, I recommend taking only breakfast and not depending on the hotel, you can find a place to rent or a small hotel without problems, rest is suitable for any category of vacationers. The water park was not working, most likely it was already the end of the season. I recommend it to everyone, have a good rest and good mood.
I love this beach!!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍😍😍The sand is perfect, you can see the mountains, and the sea is an amazing color. Next to the teleferik you can climb the fortress. There are many cafes and shops.
The coast of Alanya is probably the best beach, but not ideal by the standards of the whole of Turkey. Large sand, waves less than south of Antalya, pleasant entrance, infrastructure for almost every taste, but the sea is immediately deep. Despite the crowded place under the sun is not difficult to find.
The famous beach in Alanya. Sand, which is also the smallest pebble on which it is comfortable to walk and lie, does not stick to everything and does not stain. The entrance to the sea is sharply deep. The water is clear. Rarely, but there are significant waves. There are a lot of sun beds belonging to hotels, but also a lot of space to settle down with your towel or bedding. The atmosphere is very democratic and pleasant. It's clean enough. There is a toilet and a shower. The shower is free. There is a beautiful promenade along the beach where it is pleasant to walk or relax on the benches. At the beginning of the beach there are parks, very well maintained with lots of greenery and flowers.
A lot has been written about the beach.Wide, long, pleasant sea.Everything is so.As of September 2024, the price of sun loungers and an umbrella is 350 lira in the beach pavilion 19.I think it is too high. They took about $210 for the Damlatash, and 110 for Both sets at all.Pavilion 19 has good wi-fi, toilet, shower. The entrance between the plates is punched a little to the left .The entrance is convenient.Prices for beach sets on Cleopatra vary. We've met 400 each.Look for visits by the number of people in the sea.Everyone usually huddles there. It is better to have corals.
The most amazing beach, which impresses with the beauty of the sand, crystal water and magnificent views of the mountain. Many different ships and boats enter this bay to admire the view and swim.
Excellent beach, clean sand, convenient entrance to the sea, not deep. The sea is warm and clean, I swam in April and November. The shower is working, there is a place to change clothes. There are cafes for every taste, the prices really bite a bottle of 0.5 beer for our money 600 re.
