All beaches in Thailand are beautiful. The territory is huge.
I liked the abundance of cafes on Kamala. There is the most profitable exchanger nearby (as soon as you cross the wooden bridge, there is an exchanger along the path).
It's a cool little place on the right, under the pines, where there's a swing.
We did a massage on the beach - super! There is a passage between the two hotels. In principle, you can always find a place for a massage there. Prices are like everywhere else!
If we go to the beach next to the police station, then you can buy a drink there, sit on logs or a table, sit and admire the sunset.
Horseback riding is carried out on the beach. Mostly Indians ride.
It is also worth noting a few points about Kamala in general!
From conversations with local and personal marks: 1. Relative to other beaches in Phuket, Kamala is a quiet place. Those who live permanently in Phuket prefer Kamala. It's quiet here, it's not so expensive to rent accommodation and food, and car rental will be cheaper here!
2. Food on the market and in cafes is cheaper here than on the popular beaches.
3. You can download taxi apps (Grab or Bolt) to get around. Or catch the locals on tuktuks and negotiate a price. They are cooperative. The main thing is to be able to bargain

The average beach, the sand, there are cafes, sun beds for a hundred baht, you can spread out your own, there is enough space for swimming, there are no annoying lifeguards. You can relax, eat, drink not only alcohol, but also various fresh drinks, hire a tuk tuk in the form of a taxi, but you need to bargain, it's too expensive for a regular taxi. One of the disadvantages is that there is nowhere to wash your feet after swimming in the sea, as well as to wash yourself. The beach is not seriously cleaned, although it is not so much cluttered. There are no changing booths either. To wash your feet-five baht at one point, the toilet is paid - 10 baht, in the same place. I advise you not to rest under the palm trees, so as not to get a coconut in your forehead or somewhere else.

Rest often. Kamala Beach Resort Hotel. The beach is within walking distance. Umbrellas, deck chairs - 230 THB. The cafes are not bad, there is Russian cuisine "Kvass" (okroshka, borscht, olivier, herring under a fur coat, venegretik, cutlets, puree, etc.). Wi-Fi near each cafe. I really liked the cafe near the hotel 100-200 m "OUI". SEEFOOD FRESH - very tasty crabs in onion sauce. I recommend it!!!

The beach is 2 km long.
There are cafes, eateries, bars, disco, massage, toilet, shower, sun shade, sun beds, umbrellas for rent, scooter boats, banana cheesecake, horseback riding.
A smooth entry into the sea and a more or less clean coast is safe for families with children, there were no strong waves in mid-January 2025 when I was on vacation
The area of Kamala beach itself is a village, very few shops, the infrastructure is not developed, if you compare it, for example, with the area of Surin beach, in Surin I liked the beach there 1 km smaller, but the sand is shallower and cleaner, the water is more transparent.
But if you compare Kamala with Patong, then Kamala is better, of course.

It's a wonderful place. Quiet, very comfortable, beautiful place. The sea is fabulous, affectionate, enveloping, soft. The beach is clean, there is a path along the entire beach under palm trees and other trees. The entrance to the sea is shallow. A great beach, up to 12 hours on the beach there is a large shade from trees, which is ideal for children and those who do not seek a tan grilled chickens) prices on the beach in cafes are different, but in general higher than on Kata beach, where they lived for 2 weeks before. The infrastructure is also normal, there are 7/11 on the embankment and various cafes. There will be a minimum of 500 baht for 2 adults and a child to eat here (without drinks). Cocktails on the beach are everywhere at 170-220 baht, which is also much more expensive than on Katya. There really aren't many people in the season, it's comfortable to swim and sunbathe. As for housing, there is rather a private sector and a lot of guest houses around. Large hotels are either very expensive or located at the foot of the mountains. Overall, the beach itself is great.

Nice beach, calm, relatively clean. The waves are minimal, all the benefits (food) are on the first line overlooking the sea.
Only Karon is better in Phuket (there are a little more waves there).

A very cool beach, in every sense. The sea is high, the sand is too. Everything is clean, neat and most importantly quiet. I've been to some beaches in Phuket, and this one came in very straight. I recommend it, especially for those who are from the Trend, it is not even worth moving anywhere in search of something new.

I liked the beach. We went several times from Patong. No waves, clear water. There are trees - you can safely sit in their shade. There are many cafes along the shore. The prices are a little too high - which, of course, is expected. If you walk along the second street from the beach, you will find a small shop with drinks and all sorts of little things at fairly low prices. The beach is clean, quite long - there is enough space for everyone.

The beach is not bad, we had a rest in early November, there weren't many tourists yet. Of the disadvantages, there are two sewage drains from the city that merge with a mountain river, which the travel agent does not warn about. I recommend that you stay away from them when bathing.

I love this beach. Yes, we lived far from the sea, but walking is also necessary) the beach itself has a clear sea, waves are acceptable for swimming here in off-season, unlike other beaches.
There is entertainment. There is also a place to eat, a market, shops, however, as everywhere in Phuket. Tom yam was just ordered on the beach at the food store)

In general, the beach is nice and +/- clean, but sometimes jellyfish come and they are massively thrown onto the beach. On both sides of the beach, huge sewage ditches open into the sea, the smell is not pleasant. In particularly hot weather, a nasty green ooze forms in the water.

We were with the children , had a rest at the Princess Kamala hotel , the hotel itself is excellent (except for the bathroom ) and the beach is wonderful. Quiet , calm , few people and city bustle , nevertheless there is an excellent massage on the beach ( girls in green T-shirts , I recommend them from the bottom of my heart ) and you can easily find a place to eat .
I would come back here again.

I love this beach. 1.5km long. It's not crowded. You can walk, play sports, relax. It's a pity there is no promenade for walking in the evening. I really like to have lunch and dinner at Lilo Cafe. And I prefer to have breakfast in the very first (on the corner) cafe, at the entrance to the beach. Now it is painted green and crimson.

A beautiful, sparsely populated beach, sun beds are constantly being cut off from the sand, drinks are brought according to the menu - this is not available on other beaches. Very warm water, but slightly not transparent. A wide line of sand.
The disadvantage is that it is expensive to get from other beaches, in the evening it takes a long time to wait for a Bolt or other aggregator, local taxis have a price tag of 900 Baht - to Kata.

The sand is almost everywhere dense, but soft (I understand that it is not clear, but in other words it cannot be described), the sand does not fall under your feet at all, but it is very thin and soft, horses walk through the surf, and do not fall at all. It is clean enough, the water is transparent when the sea is calm, not transparent when it is restless, because the beach is sandy. There are a lot of cafes with different types of cuisine, and different price levels, mostly all with sea views. It is very convenient to relax with children, because there is a very gentle entrance to the sea.
For those who shave mosquitoes (I am one of them), there are very few of them here, they do not bite painfully, the bites almost do not itch. I got 5-7 bites in 11 nights, I can't compare with Cuba, where I couldn't leave the room at all in the evening...
