This beach is great for families with children. So you can only go into the water, dive-come up and go on lying on a sunbed or playing beach games. Cigarette butts in the sand are not about the fact that there is no cleaning, but about the fact that there is no culture. There are a lot of garbage cans around, everything can be cleaned up after yourself. He brought water and fruits with him, they were not taken away at the entrance. For 160 rubles - a pleasant, well-groomed and equipped place. If you swim, then you can come here :)
