The place is very beautiful with a view of the mountain and the fortress, which can be reached by funicular, near the Damlatash cave. There is large sand on the beach, the entrance to the sea is quite steep, the water is clear. There are a lot of sun beds, but there is a place to stay on the sand, but in July it is very crowded. The impression is slightly spoiled by debris on the sand (mostly cigarette butts). There are a lot of smokers-it greatly interferes with rest. The souls and paths to them are in poor condition. There is a paid toilet and parking, cafes and bars. At night, a spotlight turns on, which illuminates the beach and the sea.
Hello everyone Just recently we were on this beautiful beach, there is everything, sun loungers, cafes, and of course the most beautiful view of the sea and the bay in which it is located, the sand is really extraordinary, it can even be said -small stone balls processed by the gentle sea, according to legend, the sand was imported for Cleopatra from Egypt, since it has the properties not to heat up at high temperatures of the scorching sun, thereby not burning the legs and body of the beautiful Queen while sunbathing! I advise you to take masks, the sea is the purest there is something to see! And yet, there is a funicular nearby, on which you can climb into the fortress in the mountains and look at the bay from a bird's-eye view! Good luck to everyone! Sincerely yours! Vlad. K.
The beach and the views from it are very beautiful. The shore is small light pebbles, like enlarged grains of sand. The water is very clean and warm. The entrance is sharp. We were on the beach when there were huge waves, so we did not dare to swim, we sat on the shore and were doused by a wave. Of course, I would like to visit it when the sea is calm. There was little space on the beach, it was cramped, but perhaps this was due to the waves, as they covered the floor of the beach when they crashed on the shore, so everyone was huddled away. There are showers and changing rooms on the shore, but they are not in the best condition. Two do not close at all, and there are no hooks, there is a terrible smell and garbage inside, the other two are cleaner and close, but there is also a smell. I took off a star for it. Overall, it is a very beautiful place.
A good place to relax with children, relatively clean, the view is stunning, the sand is white. There is a stove in places. And all the more or less good beaches go from the mountain and after 10 about Cleopatra, an easy collective farm begins: the most shameful beach is the very last one-Cleopatra 22, plates in the water, everything is so dirty and killed that it's just disgusting.
Beautiful, good entrance to the water, clean sand, inexpensive sunbeds, near the Damlatash cave (well, like a cave, a large grotto, but tourists are taken) a cable car next to the mountain to the castle, everything is fine) but! A lot of boats with tourists, sometimes because of this garbage in the water
A beautiful and very atmospheric beach right in the center of Alanya. We were at the foot of the mountain. The water is very clean, the sand is a thrill! The descent into the water is quite abrupt, but not critical! There are not many people in the morning! There are a lot of people closer to 11-12 o'clock, but you will always find a place.
I would have put 5⭐️ if it weren't for the garbage on the beach, dead souls and locker rooms.
The beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is comfortable closer to the rocks - very small pebbles, and further from the mountain it is not very comfortable to enter the water - there are stone slabs covered with algae and slippery.
There are many cafes with free Wi-Fi if you pay for the sun beds.
There are a lot of fish, swimming with a mask or glasses is a pleasure. There are a lot of people…
A very beautiful landscaped beach, parallel to which there is a promenade with benches, playgrounds, flower beds. The entrance to the sea is sand and small pebbles, sometimes there are stones. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, which belong to hotels or bars, you can rent and also use a toilet, shower, changing room. Across the street is a city street with bars, cafes and shops.
I liked the beach. There are not many people in November, it's clean. There is a changing room and a fountain to wash the legs, a shower. A paid toilet. The approach to the sea is mild, but it is harsh for very young children. The water is clean and transparent. There is something in between sand and pebbles on the beach, the main thing is there is no dust and the legs are soft. I recommend visiting
The best beach, in my opinion, is in Alanya. Clean, conveniently located, there are showers, changing rooms, restrooms. There is a park area nearby, many cafes, a public transport stop.
A gorgeous landscaped beach with yellow sand and crystal clear water, several kilometers long. There is a beautiful embankment nearby, a lot of cafes, parks, squares with fountains. A great place to relax!!! A truly heavenly place!!!
I really like this beach. It is considered one of the best beaches in Turkey. There is always enough space for vacationers.A funicular works nearby. There are many cafes along the beach. We were here two years ago and decided to stay here this year too. The sea is warm, the water is clear and transparent. We will definitely come back!))
A great place to swim. We were on the side of the funicular (on the left side of the beach). The beach itself consists of small pebbles or coarse sand, I don't even know how to understand. The sea is amazing, the water is clear and clean, I did not sail far, but I can see the bottom perfectly. We were in the area on October 7-9, but the sea is very warm, as the Turkish guide explained to us, the temperature here is always 2-3 degrees higher than in the rest of Turkey. Of the minuses, the public changing booths have not recovered, they are in poor condition.
Our favorite beach all over Cleopatra! Very beautiful rocks, crystal clear water. A wonderful place for photos! If the sun is hot, you can always hide in natural caves
Cleopatra Beach is magnificent. You will definitely visit Alanya, the hotel beaches are incomparable. There is a fanicular nearby, you can climb to the Alanya fortress. The beach is municipal, the entrance to it is free, if desired, you can rent a sun lounger and an umbrella. If you have your own umbrella, then it's better to sit on the sand, it's nice to burrow into it. Have a good rest.
The beach itself is great with beautiful sand and clear water; many cafes and restaurants have playgrounds, (but the number of cigarette butts in the sand is huge, no one cleans them or does not have time) it's time for them to impose a fine for smoking on the beach! People who smoke, or rather monkeys, bury cigarette butts in the sand
The best, most luxurious beach! The sea is crystal clear and warm! It shimmers with different colors. You can consider colorful fish. The sand is pleasant. It's all clear. There are always few people.
The beach is long, where there is sand and pebbles, where there is finer sand. I was unpleasantly surprised by the strong waves that sweep away everyone on the way. It was practically impossible to go into the sea for all 10 days, and it was even more difficult to get out of the sea, the waves knocked down and twisted back and forth. There is nothing to do with small children at this moment. I was also unpleasantly struck by the presence of stone and slippery slabs almost immediately at the entrance to the sea. It is impossible to stand on them - in the first days they hurt their legs and arms there. But then we found out that beach #1, 6, 9 is without slabs. I liked the 9th the most. You can bring your umbrellas to any beach. Beach stuff was unpleasantly impressed, they refused to provide deck chairs on the 2nd beach, because we had 3 adults and a child and we asked for 2 deck chairs, but stuff demanded to buy 4. But Turks can do everything!
Everything is great: clear azure water, soft sand, beautiful views of the mountains and the fortress... But. There are a lot of people. Accordingly, it is very noisy, crowded and there is a lot of garbage on the shore. There are also disgusting changing booths on the beaches, some of which are even impossible to lock yourself in.
I was on the beaches of Cleopatra from August 10 to August 20, 2024.Good swimming is only on the zero beach near the cliff, but you should try to get there before 09:00 to take a place in the niches of the rock, where without umbrellas you can hide from the sun at least until night.Beaches 0-5 are not cleaned by anyone - there are an average of five cigarette butts per square meter.Smokers can be easily found on the beach. After I saw that even the Germans, and not only the Russians and the British, threw cigarette butts, I didn't even pay attention to representatives of other nations anymore. On the first or fifth beach, because of the underwater plates, you can swim without fear only for those who can easily cope with the impacts of sea waves. You can take a leisurely stroll along the sidewalk along the embankment from the Damlatash cave to the covered bridge on the other side of the road and back.Along the way, you can stock up on water from drinking water columns on this sidewalk.
Nice and clean beach, warm water, cafes and restaurants nearby, fresh juices and ice cream. You can spend the whole day under an umbrella. From the cons- from the beach # 2 to # 5 at the entrance of the slabs and stones, you need to be careful.
The most beautiful beach in Alanya with a wonderful view of the mountain. There are no slabs at the entrance, wonderful either coarse sand or small yellow pebbles, the color of the water is incredible! Immediately deep, not for bad swimmers, especially in waves. But we were lucky on both visits in October, the sea was calm. There are sun beds, there is a place where you can lie on your mats. Footwashers, shower, changed clothes, toilet are available.
The beach is large and free, clean white sand, you can rent sun beds, there is a cafe, a bar. I didn 't like the fact that you move away from bera into the sea and there is a stone slab across the entire beach and with strong waves you can twist your leg, sliding on this slab
a wide sandy beach, which is well cared for, toilets and changing rooms are available, the sand is very good, medium-sized, does not stick to your feet like a small one, left the beach on the promenade, shook off your feet without fanaticism and walking! there are a lot of establishments with food and desserts along the entire beach, you don't have to look for such a thing, which is very convenient.
Wonderful sand, closer to the cave there is a sandy entrance to the sea. Next, a slippery slab along the entire approach. All beaches are well equipped, there are many sports grounds.
A gorgeous beach. The only thing you need to know is where it is more convenient to enter. Since there are slabs almost everywhere and only in a couple of places you can walk along the sand. These places are immediately visible there are the most people in the water.
A wonderful beach, a wonderful place. The pebbles are small, it doesn't hurt to walk on them, but it heats up a lot during the day, of course. The entrance to the water is comfortable. Where there is a dark streak in the sea - probably a slab, or just rocks. Swimming there, of course, is not so convenient, probably, but all along the shore there is amazingly clear water, azure, luxurious color. We went several times from Konakla - I wanted to enjoy this beach! 🤍
The beach would be gorgeous if it weren't for the pigs that litter there. I've never understood such things, is it really nice to relax in the mud?Well, be human, take the garbage to the trash can!
But at least this year, surprisingly, we didn't see any garbage at sea, and that's good.
The water at the end of October is certainly not so warm, but still it is quite comfortable to swim, but when leaving the water it is better to have a towel or something warm ready, since a cool wind is blowing.
A gorgeous beach! At the very beginning there are no slabs in the water, pebbles, the best place of the entire coastline. The nearest cafe will provide delicious food, the average lunch will be about 800 liras
A kind of attraction, too, the city's Cleopatra beach, is used by everyone. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid, you can rent them, or you can just lie on the sand or on a towel.
How I love this beach and the sea! The most beautiful sea I've ever been to! This extraordinary turquoise color! No wonder the beach was called "Cleopatra's Beach", pebbles the size of rice, I have also never seen this anywhere. Sun beds can be rented on the beach. There is a nice little park nearby.
Nice beach, clean shore, pebbly sand. I recommend the zero coastline, near the Damlatash cave. Prices on the beach are expensive, it's better to bring drinks with you.
A great beach, the children are delighted, the sea is clean and transparent. Clean, there is urban Parking and inexpensive (unlike the prices for sun beds and umbrellas)
Beautiful beach with pleasant sand) The water is turquoise, especially closer to the mountain on the left. One of the best public beaches. Even better than a 5-star hotel. I recommend to visit here)
Nice beach. Sand and small pebbles. There is a rocky slab in the water (about five meters from the shore, clearly visible). When entering the water for the first time, you need to be careful.
The stove is interrupted in the area of the Grand zamani beach, Okko beach club hotels. A fairly large piece of beach where there is no slab at the entrance to the water.
Nice beach. You just need to swim closer to the mountain where the fortress is located, since there are small pebbles and sand at the entrance, and at the beginning of the beach it was washed away and concrete or stone slabs. And I like it so much that small pebbles, and then sand does not fall from everywhere)) but it is not quite suitable for small children, if only with well-swimming adults - because when entering immediately deep.
The beach struck with its beauty, depending on the location of the sun, the color of the water changes, turquoise before lunch, blue after, small pebbles, every 100 m there are free changing cabins, showers, there are no queues, we swam next to a rock
We came to this beach because we read reviews about the fact that it is very beautiful and popular. Immediately, what met from the threshold were flowing souls, just crowds of people, through which it was even impossible to get to the water, booths with the smell of you know what, which did not even close the doors! It's a shock! There are many more beautiful clean and deserted beaches in Alanya! I give this beach 1 star only for the beautiful view of the mountain. Don't set foot there anymore
Nice beach, relatively clean. For those who want to lie down for free, take a litter and enjoy the sea by the shore with a beautiful view of the mountain.
A good beach, but access to the sea is not good everywhere, you can stumble upon parts of the plate, be careful, there is a supermarket Migros nearby in 5 minutes, which allows you to save a certain amount of lira.
I really liked the beach, there is different sand in each part of the beach. The water is clean and transparent, while swimming quietly you can see the fish under you. There was an unpleasant moment when my girlfriend was bitten by some small fish.
In short, the bottom line is that at the entrance to the water on this beach, about knee-deep, a rocky playground begins, made of very slippery stone, mostly smooth and slippery, but there are also protruding stones and a comb on which you can apply a lot, so I do not advise for recreation in principle and for recreation with children in particular If there are still waves, then it can hit these rocks.
I don't understand all the hype around this beach
The sea is dirty (because of the garbage near the shore)
very noisy
A lot of ships sail by and land tourists for swimming in the sea.
I took off my umbrella and two sun loungers... the table was dirty, it was even practical to put a beach bag on it. When the menu arrived , we were horrified at how dirty it was .. They were afraid to order anything.
I do not recommend it
The beach is dirty, no one cleans up and the local municipality apparently does not care about it.And the tourists themselves are just assholes, they come to relax , sunbathe and litter , they will not take their garbage after themselves, so they will bury it in the sand there, the bulls do it as it should, bottles, and other garbage. and it's fine with them. despite the fact that they call him famous.Maybe a long time ago, when there were no tourists, it was beautiful, clean. And Cleopatra herself really rested there, but now it looks like a garbage dump.Kapets is a shame for tourists ,.My husband and I go with a bag and collect garbage.on the way from the beach .Those who sell deck chairs with umbrellas also have no business, they are only interested in how to rip off a tourist, the cost, as we understand it, is not fixed who walks for the first time, they are 10 dollars, who knows that 3 dollars.
Beach bomb)))) a complete sense of childhood!!!!the sand is perfect, the entry into the water is perfect))) as a wish, I would like to see more changing booths.
The coastal strip of sand is wide, the sand is coarsely dispersed, it does not burn in the sun. The sea is clear and transparent. There are changing booths. A fresh water shower is enough. The sea view is excellent. Shallow water - up to 2 meters wide, children have plenty of space
A gorgeous beach, the best on the Alanian coast. Small pebbles similar to large particles of sand shimmering in the sun creates the appearance that you are walking on precious stones mixed with amber. Tourists are taken from other cities on excursions with a mandatory visit to this beach. I rest only on it.
