Great sandy beach from a great hotel. The depth begins 20 meters from the shore. Free drinks and beer, at lunch you can get a flatbread with filling. You can walk along the beach to the old historical town - 400 meters.
There is a moment - the cleaner takes and then pushes the sunbeds from among the free ones. Therefore, if you do not go in the morning, you can stay without an umbrella.
Boats and motorcycles exclusively chase buoys and do not interfere.

Nice beach, very smooth access to the sea. The beach is divided into zones between hotels, so you can't lie anywhere, but you can walk everywhere. On the downside : there is a neutral territory along the edges of the beach and even ancient architecture is located there , but in these places the views are spoiled by debris and walls painted with spray paint .

Nice beach from the hotel (with shuttle service from the hotel), but we walked considering All Inclusive. Out of season, I highly recommend it, it's not hot, people are in moderation. Near the old town.
But if your hotel doesn't have a beach here, then this will be the wildest vacation possible.

The Side Amour Hotel. As in almost all of Side, there is a good sandy beach, with a fairly wide strip of small pebbles at sunset. If you go in from the left side, then the entrance will be deeper, on the right less deep., after about 5 meters, the bottom is sand, the depth is about 1-1.5 meters. If you go to the ancient city, then there is sand from the shore and more shallow.

Great beach! Small pebbles turning into sand. The entrance is deep at first (chest-deep with a height of 175), after 3 meters there is a shallow bank, and after it there is a smooth entrance to the depth. The sea is clear. The beach has all the necessary infrastructure: toilets, changing rooms, a bar. The beach belongs to the LOWE and Side Amour hotels. From the hotels on the beach there is a free lunch menu, beer and sweet sodas. Turkish tortillas with a filling and a choice are also baked until 14:00. There is a scheduled bus service to the hotels.
We had a rest in early October of the 24th year, there were few vacationers. Two free sun beds and an umbrella were always found, regardless of the time of arrival at the beach. But it's better to come to lunch, because many vacationers go to the hotel for lunch at this time and you can choose a comfortable place.
The staff is very attentive to the beach, clean the paths, arrange free sun beds, shine through the sand in the evening and collect garbage. I recommend the beach.

Nice clean sandy beach. Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge for the guests of the Side Amour Hotel. The only thing is that the umbrellas are set low and almost all the vacationers beat and clung to them with their heads, considering that they are made of bamboo, it is quite unpleasant and traumatic.

A large, dusty sandbox, through which, raising dirty air from the road, a Turkish-European puzzle with half-drunk comrades in swimming trunks and swimsuits sweeps every 5 minutes. Each hotel has its own beach enclave, and therefore I can only judge by a piece of the Amur hotel's beach: acceptable sun beds and terrible umbrellas that you can scratch your face on. The beach itself is magnificent! Wide coastline, sand, a few small pebbles at the entrance to the sea. The entrance to the sea is smooth, the bottom is also fine sand. This beach is divided into several hotels. We were vacationing at the Side lowe hotel, we were brought by the shuttle bus, which ran according to schedule.
There is a bar on the beach where you can have a full lunch from 12.30 to 14.00 without returning to the hotel. Lunch is on the menu, the dishes are very tasty, the waiters serve.
There are paid drinks and there are free ones - this is water, tea, cola, fanta, sprite, juices from the vending machine, Efes beer on tap, bottled - for a fee. Ice cream is also available for a fee. They also bake very tasty Gozleme tortillas with different fillings.
The beach is equipped with all necessary infrastructure: changing rooms, toilet, shower. There are a lot of sun beds, there was always enough for everyone, umbrellas are not rag, but made of bamboo.
But on the first line, the sunbeds were occupied with towels and some rags by a beach worker, so that later they could be provided to guests from Europe for a bribe. Often these sunbeds remained empty all day.
I witnessed when a Russian woman who managed to take a place on the first line was asked to be released for the sake of the British who came up, although there were plenty of sunbeds on the second and third lines, those British left after half an hour. There was an unpleasant aftertaste. And in all other respects, the beach is wonderful!

Nice beach. Great sand. Good staff who serve. Everything is clean and tidy. Excellent kitchen in the cafe, toilets, bar, shower, etc. We had a rest in 2022 and in May 2023. We will go back in September 2023. We have been to Turkey more than 15 times. We know Appolo is a good beach. Within walking distance of the Old, ancient city, Museum, Angora, Amphitheater, shops and restaurants. We like the opportunity to combine beach holidays and walks in interesting places. We have been going there for several years now. I like the fact that the beach is sandy. The depth increases gradually. The water warms up well, there is a slight disturbance. This year we were in the middle of June. The water temperature reached 28 degrees. Interesting excursions to the Temple of Apollo and the old town. We recommend it!
