A gorgeous beach, there were never any big waves (March) , it was comfortable and pleasant to swim. Perfect white, clean sand and a warm ocean without algae.
Free parking is available nearby.
The beach is big enough, everyone will find a place in the shade of the trees. 🇸🇨
This beach is located in the southeast of the island.
On the plus side: there are many shops, there are several cafes, it almost never rains here (even in the local season it is summer, for us it is in winter, when humidity is very high), the entrance to the water is convenient, there are few algae, it is safe for children.
Of the cons: there are no sunsets (there is only the moon), there are no surf waves at all (they break on a coral reef 200 meters from the shore), which is why there are fewer people here and housing prices are much lower.
Total: you can live, but if you want to leave yourself more impressions, live on the west coast of the island. Snorkeling is also cooler there.
I didn't like the Seychelles themselves. It is expensive (you can still survive this on vacation) and boring. But the beach is the best in Mahe. We traveled almost all of them (we didn't get to Independence only). And in front of the beach in the Indian shop, the Yuar Pinotage wine for 143 rounds is wonderful!!!
