We were on Thursday at the end of June 2022. In principle, there are not many people. There was a place for a rug in the sand. The beach itself is compact. Not dirty. I didn't really like the entrance to the water. Two places: one is 5 meters wide, the other is one and a half meters. It is inconvenient to go down, high steps of the ground with sharp stones. If they had improved it at least a little, it would have been felt immediately. And the exit to the lake itself is narrow. But the overall impression is positive.

I would say there is no beach as such (((( only a very small piece of sand and the rest is impassable wilderness. After walking just a couple of meters from the shore, you get to a not very pleasant bottom (mud). Do not even dream of such conditions as a toilet, water, tents with food and drinks. There are a lot of people on a day off, despite all the disadvantages, sooooo many, many locals, so it will definitely not work to relax in silence.Of the advantages, only a beautiful outlook on the reservoir. I want to note that the lake is large, so maybe we just had bad luck with the place, which is unlikely.

There are many places on the shore of the reservoir for a pleasant time for companies of various ages and faiths)).
But if you want a more comfortable environment in the style of the "Tsnyansky reservoir", which has a lot of gazebos, barbecues, sun loungers...... then you don't need it.

The access to the beach is not bad. On weekends, it is quite possible to park the car not only along the road but also in one of the two parking lots. You will have to walk from the first parking lot to the beach. But you will come to a picturesque place resembling a fork on a small cliff. On the right, the beach will be more grassy. It is equipped with dumpsters, changing rooms, tables and benches in some places. If you go to the left, then the beach will be sandy at first with changing rooms and other things, but the patch of sand is small. A second parking lot also goes out to it. If you go through the sandy part and go further, then you can walk along the coast to a small cape. There will be secluded glades with a grassy descent into the water throughout the path. And at the other end there will be a large clearing. There are a lot of people with tents for the night. The photo is of the last clearing.
