The beach is a large pebble. The water is clean. Sometimes it is cool, because a river flows nearby. There is all the entertainment. Cafes and water rides! Sun beds and umbrellas are free from the hotel, the rest is for money.
A magnificent beach, stone, clean, there is a locker room with a shower, in some places there are large cobblestones, but it is easy to walk a couple of meters and the stones will be smaller. I also do not advise you to lie down next to the river, as it pours a cold current, I advise you to lie down closer to this white hotel, where the water is warm. There are also jet skis with banana and tablet, prices: jet ski-2000 for 10 min.; tablet-1000 for 10 min.; banana-750 for 20+min.
Nearby there are canteens and 24/7. Everything is cool, convenient and beautiful! I advise you to come!!!
An ordinary Galician beach with a clear sea, the same pure mountain river Psou flows next to it. A place where you don't have to queue to get to the beach, and once there you don't have to sit on your neighbor's head. There is a shop on the beach with groceries, chebureks and cold beer. The price tag is moderate. But Abkhazia, unfortunately, is not a place to relax with children. For them, the infrastructure there is weak from the word at all. This place is just perfect for an adult, inexperienced, bored tourist at work at home. Sun, sea, beach and cold beer! here is the perfect ammunition for a seal vacation. But if you get tired of it, you can always compensate with tour trips, since there are enough of them for every taste and color!
There are pebbles on the shore, on which it is very painful to walk without shoes. You can wear special shoes, but it's not very comfortable. Staying on this beach is not a vacation. In the sea itself, along the coast, different types of water transport are dissected, without any restrictions. They offer, or rather, impose, entertainment for vacationers. I have seen such an outrage only in Abkhazia, I mean the disorderly swimming of watercraft along the coast, almost over the heads of the swimmers.
There are shitting and pissing dogs on the shore, and wild and arrogant entrepreneurs in the sea.
I definitely do not recommend this place for a vacation!
The beach is small, not very clean. The water is clean and transparent when there is no storm, at the confluence of the Psou River, sometimes cool. There are sun beds and umbrellas.
The sea is clear, pebbles. The beach is not very clean. Free-walking dogs. There are few sun beds and umbrellas. The boat trip is long and tedious. It is better to go on a catamaran.
The sea is clean and very warm)the only drawback is the locals...not all of them, but still (okay, really museums or the city center...so there is no shouting near the sea, saying that it is not customary for us to put on a top...from the sea, 20 meters away, they should pray for us and not open their mouths or honk at very young girls...Tourism will come and then it will be quieter than water and lower than grass
A great beach, there are few people, and it's very good, there is no crowd, the guys work on a banana, you can go on a boat boat trip, cost 1,500 thousand per person for 2 hours, there are also sunshades 500r for the whole day and sun beds 500r too, in general the beach is not bad
A super place! The border is nearby, you can go to Sirius, you can stay in Abkhazia. Everything is calm and cultured. Good people and attitude. The cuisine is delicious! Prices are normal.I recommend.
There are some disadvantages of course: there are no smoking areas, so people smoke everywhere. There are not enough trash cans, only one stall was seen. The same goes for the shower, which unfortunately had no water. Despite the shortcomings, the beach is relatively clean, pebbly, there are entertainments in the form of bananas, pills, and boat trips. The sea is very clean in calm, sometimes there are fish, once we even saw dolphins. Recommend 👍
The beach is wide, the sea is clean, but considering that the river flows nearby, the sea was icy for a couple of days. We rested there from 06/13.24 to 06/26.24. If you go further away towards Tsandripsh, then the water is warmer and the salt concentration is higher. There was one cafe on the beach (they took water, beer, French fries, the prices were reasonable). In the evening there is a disco, karaoke). Lots of dogs.
The only good thing was the sea, and then with a high probability of catching rotavirus. The settlement is a dirty village with prices like in super clean and beautiful Adler. Cards are not accepted, taxes are high. Only cash or transfer. I regretted that I came there. But it was possible to walk to the border with Russia in 10 minutes and enjoy your vacation in Imereti)
Our favorite beach. Wild and sparsely populated. But! there are things to do - banana, bun, jet skis, sapboard, etc. A small boat also sails, traveling to the shore for 2 and 8 hours.
The beach is a large pebble. Stones. Clear. The water is clear, but the body is sticky after bathing. The view is beautiful. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for relaxation. It may not be very comfortable with children.
The beach is nice, but the sun beds and umbrellas are expensive. Bungalows are generally worth a lot of money.
The beach is quite clean, entering the sea on pebbles, it is better to go in slippers
Previously, it was much cleaner, although it depends on the vacationers themselves... It is very annoying that jet skis very often pass at speed in the bathing area... Scary. Sometimes, right over the heads... A jet ski is flying, with a so-called Banana tied behind it, and a bun in addition... And I don't care that there are swimmers...
It's quiet, the sea is clean and the main thing is that there are few people. You can safely sunbathe, swim without bumping into tourists or vacationers in the water or on the beach. I advise you for relaxation and silence
We were from 31.07-5.08. The beach is quite normal. Somewhere cleaner, Somewhere worse. They sort of clean up in the evening. The water is cool when because of the flowing river, when it is warmer. In principle, it is very transparent. No special debris was observed in the water. There are awnings and sun beds for a fee. At about 10 o'clock, jet skis and bananas with cheesecakes begin to travel. Sometimes it's a little arrogant, almost over the heads. No one controls them, and that's bad. On the beach in Gagra, they apologize through a megaphone if they stop by on a motorboat if they land or recruit people. There is no.
Food vendors go (where without them). The toilet was not observed. 2 changing booths. They are near the Uzbek in front of the Corsair.
The beach is quite wide and long, there is no garbage in the water, the seabed is not made of sand, but of stone, like most of the beach, there are cafes, canteens nearby, street dogs walk, but they are harmless and very friendly, but there is one huge minus on the beach there is a lot of garbage, if you look from the sea, but the garbage is only on the sand, which makes up a small part of the entire beach, so it doesn't really bother. I advise everyone, I really liked it.
The beach is moderately clean, calm, although there are not enough garbage cans, it would be even cleaner. There were no toilets either. The water is clean, warm, it was only cool once. The view is amazing.
On the last day, early in the morning, I went to do stretching, a local massage therapist Said came up on the beach (at least that's how he introduced himself), drank, offered massage services, refused, then pulled his unit out of his underpants.
I do not judge all people by one person, but I also ask the locals not to judge all the girls from Russia who are easily accessible
I liked the beach in Staraya Gagra very much. Few people - a lot of space
The pebbles are not large. Clear. There are many cafes, restaurants, bars. There are a lot of different entertainments
The sea is excellent, the beach is pebbly, the place is not for young people, there is no entertainment as there is no current, housing is mainly private sector. A place for a calm measured rest.
The beach is clean, not crowded. There are many cafes and canteens on the beach. There are sun beds under an umbrella for a fee. Also water activities: banana, bun, jet ski.
They were in July 2022. A village near the border with Russia. A minimum of shops. Quiet and sparsely populated. A place for young people is boring. Vacationers with children and middle-aged. The beach is wild. Pebbles. The sea water is cloudy. You can take the mask here. The Psou River was slightly diverted (in our presence) to increase the degree of seawater. It was cold from her. There are many points of sale of tickets for excursions. By the way, it is convenient to go on an excursion from here, because this is the starting point of all trips around the country - get on the transport first. Conclusion: if you want to see the country, then go here. Swimming is not interesting. About trade in Abkhazia... You are not here for the seller, but he is for you. It's in the shops. Prices may change several times. Be prepared to clarify them every time.
Excellent and spacious beach, there is everything you need. The sea is clean and warm, sometimes dolphins walk. A beautiful place. I recommend it to everyone!
We were on this beach in August 2023. Nina liked our guest house very much, because it is close to the sea and the hosts are very positive!
The beach is of course large and medium pebbles...but it didn 't bother us how much . We both sunbathed and walked on it...The massage is great!!!
Nice, clean, nutty with shops nearby and all sorts of marine entertainments, but there were a lot of people this year. We went a little further away, there are fewer people there.
Liked it, Few people. But the sea is clean.
And they were not sick with rotovirus, I was there for 1.5 months. There are good canteens, bars.
And there is a border. The Russian connection catches .
Nice beach. The sea is clean, but after the rain it is dirty, a river flows nearby and sometimes flows into the sea and there are streams of cold water. The shore itself is rough and pebbly.
We have repeatedly come to this beach with our family, we like it and the sea is clean.

Nice beach. There aren't many people. Clear sea. Take care of the stones. Special shoes are needed for a comfortable entry into the sea. I recommend it!
Great wild beach, clean, sparsely populated! Of course, there is no service, but we were traveling across the sea, we are happy!) There are no toilets, no shower!
The beach is good in principle, the water is more or less clean, which I will not say about the shore itself, there are sticks, logs, bottles and other debris lying around, very little space, since there are a lot of people there. There are shops and a place for fishing
