I think if they banned swimming in all reservoirs and put two on each reservoir! a police officer with machine guns, forcing him to swim only on such beaches, it would be possible to clean the bottom of the stones.

The beach is clean, although I have never seen it cleaned, but there are garbage cans, maybe they just don't litter here, there is a beach volleyball court, climbing walls for children (not many), a couple of benches with awnings. The beach is not bad, the sand.... There are several old children's loopholes, a public toilet, a changing room (I saw only one), as well as water for washing feet and body. There are poles on the beach for stretching the net, but clearly the net itself did not smell when, a couple of Soviet umbrellas, a gazebo. There was a barbecue near the tables, but it does not inspire confidence. A small chip partly overgrown with grass leading to the water. There are 3 zones fenced: the first with a grid for the smallest, the second slightly larger and also with a fabric grid and the third with buoys. The buoys are installed at a shallow depth, but those who want to swim have enough space along and against the current, it is shallow but tolerable. There are rescuers nearby who constantly monitor people and constantly warn about buoys and rules.... The only thing I put 3 for is the BOTTOM, IT's ALL IN SMALL STONES THAT ALMOST EVERYONE CUTS THEIR FEET WITH, is it really impossible to make a normal bottom at least in the bathing area?
