I was in Kazakhstan on Bukhtarma 18 years ago. By the time of planting, nothing had changed. There is no service from the word at all. The people themselves could improve the surrounding area, but apparently no one needs it. The Internet does not catch, the store is only by car, prices are like ours and higher. There's nothing to do in the evening, nowhere to go, the beach itself is terrible. Don't waste time and money. It is better to go to Gorny for a week than to Kazakhstan. Another nearby factory periodically throws out brown smoke, very creepy.
It's a pity for the locals, there is a place and no one is going to develop it.
Every year we visit the Altai Bay, a good place, I would like to see sun beds, benches, garbage cans, catamarans, boats, little entertainment, and so on the whole a good beach of pebbles + sand
The beach is good, the shore is sandy, the entrance to the water is gentle, without debris and glass! There are portable benches on the shore, very convenient! The bottom is clean, and algae starts at about 1.70cm.
Well, there are no umbrellas, cows are walking. But the sandy beach, a convenient descent, is deep. There is a store nearby, but the prices are high, however, as at any recreation center.
