We were in Orsha for the first time, we decided to swim, the question arose in finding a lake. We visited Orekhovsky, the water is clear, but it smells of mud and there is a whole quest to drive there. This beach is ordinary, the water is relatively clean, there are not many people on weekends.

In general, an interesting thing happened on this beach. August 5, 2023 with my daughter. Let's go swimming. There are pockets full of joy and pleasure- 40 minutes of bathing- and then a wild itch and the whole body is covered with mosquito bites. There is an assumption that this is Cercariasis . To be honest, this is the first time such a phenomenon has happened in 30 years of swimming in this place. My daughter has the same problem... 3 days of scabies and voila - it's all damn gone... I'm not going in there anymore.

I think it has become much worse, because the whole quarry has become overgrown in some kind of swamp. The other side of the drainage there was a children's paddling pool, and now there are reeds growing👍 if the entire coastline was clean, go into the water wherever you want (where the sand is) now a meter and a half, everything else is in the grass and mud 👍
Well, there are barbecues and a stall with cotton candy. It's nonsense that people come to swim, but it turns out nothing has been done for bathing
