Baan Krating Phuket Resort
The advantages of the hotel:
Located in a picturesque tropical forest - very cool.
There are 2 (two) small private beaches
We were given a separate bungalow house located in the center of the territory and overlooking the sea.
There are small reefs near the beaches where you can swim with a mask.
Good cuisine... you can safely order food and cocktails in the room until 22.00. Everything is delicious, while the price tags are not too high in comparison with cafes in the city.
We are always ready to give ice - for those who brought whiskey with them from dutik.
Very kind and welcoming staff.
There is our own scooter rental (we took a new Honda for 160 cm3 - for 350 baht per day).
The hotel is separated from civilization - for someone it will be a plus.
Nai Harn is a 20-minute walk away. You will have to go through constant ascents and descents.
Monkeys live on the territory of the hotel, we saw a monitor lizard on the beach, a huge number of butterflies.
If you follow the path along the beach uphill, you can walk in 20 minutes to the simply unrealistically steep cape, where locals go to meet sunsets.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
A very solid bed made of two separate mattresses...with a hole in the middle.
Tiny lizards were constantly crawling in our house :)
Animals were climbing on the roof of the house at night... birds, or monkeys.
Inside the house, of course, everything is modestly done... it can be seen that everything is old and requires cosmetic repairs. But considering that we were just sleeping... it didn't matter to us.

A wonderful, quiet place. There are rocks on the beach (entrance to the sea), but you can use coral slippers and there are no problems. The water is clean and transparent. Beautiful corals, starfish, fish. The sand on the beach is large. Swimming is great, but I do not recommend it for holidays with young children.

Super beach! Stunning coral reefs with numerous fish, shellfish, 3 moray eels, nudibranchs, lobsters were seen. Corals are generally fire!!! It's more beautiful than in Hurghada, just fields!!! The beach itself is not landscaped, there is a construction site there now, but I highly recommend diving with a mask!!! Beauty!!!

But there is no such figure here. 0.5 points minus for the constant surf, and the rocks (corals) in the water. Although on the other hand, it's the best thing for snorkeling enthusiasts. The beach is quite secluded, lots of shade, large sand. But you can either get there by scooter or live there.

The beach is good, with excellent views of the surrounding mountains and the sea, from the surrounding mountains to the sea and the beach. Plus, the anchorage of sailboats and hefty yachts gives everything the right entourage. One thing is, sooooo many people. Especially on weekends. There are a lot of fish in the rocks to the right of the beaches, you can fish or swim with a mask

This is a very interesting, truly secret beach full of crabs. If you have a mask, you will find a great snorkeling here. But the entrance is not convenient everywhere, aquashouses are needed.
We lived in a nearby hotel, so this beach was within walking distance for us, but we saw groups of tourists coming here from Nai Harn along the coastline, over the rocks.

The beach is awesome for snorkeling, if you sail a little further to the rocks. There's a whole underwater world... consider the tides, you can scratch yourself on the rocks. The sand is nice, it's clean around. They even sweep the needles from the Christmas trees there. I put 6 out of 5))

Excellent beach at the Baan Krating resort. Own coral reef. Snorkeling at the Egyptian level. Above the jungle and nature! Pavilion houses with private balconies and views of the Andaman Sea, what could be better?!!!

A super beach! The sand, the waves, the water is the purest. There are not as many people as on Karon or Patong. It is a pity, it is located in a remote part of Phuket

One of the three best wild beaches of Phuket Island. It is still possible to get there on foot, but construction is underway right on the beach and everything will be closed soon.
