In my opinion, the best beach in Pattaya is the sea, sun and sand🤩
It's cleaner than in the center, but the garbage periodically comes ashore, the locals probably don't care, I haven't seen them clean it up.
The water is clean, except for fine sand, which does not sink in it because of the waves, but floats like a suspension, so the water is not completely transparent. When there are no waves at all , it 's gorgeous 👍

The cleanest beach. We come here every time we visit Pattaya. It is located in the area of the Centara Grand Mirage Hotel. There is no toilet nearby.

The beach is a little short of ideal. Water is mixed with vegetation in some places. Sun beds are available for a fee (although it's probably the same everywhere, we just used to relax in hotels with a private beach, where they are always free). The beaches on the islands are much better (but there is usually an hour by bus and 15 minutes by boat and for a separate cost)
