The pier is not equipped, there used to be sun loungers and gazebos, now there are only sun loungers and then in small numbers. There is also no bar +18 near the beach anymore. The hotel management is not in a hurry to solve the problems, when checking in, the towel holders barely hung on the wall and the lighting "flickered" in the shower, a couple of lamps did not work in the room, so we spent the rest of our rest with such lighting in response to our daily requests to fix them. The hotel is saved by a beautiful location.

Review of the hotel "MA BICHE KEMER BY WERDE HOTELS 5*" I (mom) and a 6-year-old child had a rest from June 2 to June 14. The hotel is located in Turkey on the Mediterranean coast, Antalya district, Kemer, in the village of Goynuk. When choosing, it should be borne in mind that the climate in Kemer is milder and less hot. This is the most picturesque region of Turkey, in my opinion. The village has no infrastructure of its own, is occupied mainly by hotels, and therefore there is no place to go out to eat and/or shop nearby (shops for tourists do not count). The hotel is located on the 1st line, i.e. the exit to the sea is directly on the territory of the hotel (walk 200 m). The hotel consists of one building, with a room stock of about 350 rooms. The building is beautiful, the reception area has a lot of places to relax. There is an open veranda and a lobby, there are four shops: jewelry, outerwear, knitted and with all sorts of little things, including cigarettes, chips, swimming trunks, flip-flops, toys, hygiene products, etc. The style of the hotel is pleasant, an exquisite staircase and general decoration, although everything is already "battered". The overall impression is slightly spoiled by the carpet on the stained floors. On each floor, you can go to the roof and view the surroundings. The rooms require renovation, but it does not interfere much with living for a week. The audibility in the rooms is like everywhere else – I would like better sound insulation. Cleaning every day from 11.00 to 16.00, with the replacement of bed linen and towels, gel, shampoo and hand washing liquid are added once a week (all in 300ml dispensers. and I really liked the smell). In the bathroom there is a full-fledged bathtub with a glass curtain and a shower, the water is always hot, but you can't take a bath, there is no plug.) The sink is mounted in a natural marble base, but even for a height of 168cm it is located low (when washing, water flows through the hands). A toilet with a bidet function. The mini bar in the room is free of charge: 2 booth. normal beer, 2 bottles. mineral water and 2 waters, on the 1st boot. pepsi and fanta, is updated daily during the fiesta hours - from 14 to 15, i.e. you go to rest, and a boy breaks into your room shouting: "Mini bar!")) Is solved by refusing to update the mini bar and hanging on the The door handle is marked "Do not disturb". There is a kettle in the room, a large bottle of water, black tea bags, coffee and cream (did not like it). Green tea bags can be taken in the dining area. Custard tea can be found in the lobby, it is on the counter in cans, with various additives (lime, orange peel, etc.). I specially took a room with a sea view (No. 323), but we must take into account that the view is only lateral, although it turned out to be an advantage – silence. You can get a sea view if you take rooms located above the entrance to the hotel, but there is a dining area and a grill, which means the smells of food and noise are constant. The territory is small, but there is enough space for residents. There are plantings and shade from them, there is a place to hide from the sun, although there are few places to "sit". There are only two mesh deck chairs on the territory of the hotel, you can use them, but carefully, because both require repair (sagging mesh - you scratch your body on a wooden structure, the first one, and a loose structure, the second one). There is a lawn and landscaping, although it could be more expensive, but it is not critical. Swimming pools: there are three of them on the territory of the hotel. From the sea side: the main one is the largest pool with sun loungers in a circle, where physical exercises are held daily. water polo classes and games, + a small one with three slides (according to the schedule). From the entrance (road) there is an 18+ zone with a swimming pool and it is the only entrance and exit from which is made by convenient steps, not by an iron ladder, there are also two tennis courts and a basketball court, they are clearly neglected, but you can use them. Table tennis is located near the concert stage, rackets and balls are available, it is a pity that this area is not illuminated in the evening. The children's club is located in the same building with the culinary, in which from 12.00 to 18.00, they distribute ice cream of 6 types to those who wish - quite tasty, plump Viennese waffles, desserts and cookies.)) The children's area has a shallow 40cm, a paddling pool, covered with an awning from the sun, very convenient (because you can't get children out of it, and the sun roasts mercilessly after 11.00), there are 6 chaise lounges for parents around. Behind the pool, on the lawn, there are 2 swings and a small sports complex (a ladder of the "suspension bridge" type and two plastic slides), they are not interesting for older children, but they are enough for children under 9 years old (checked). Classes at the kids' club are held by the hour, there is a TV and cartoons are shown after lunch, but in general, children are not very interested there. There is no animation for children except for classes at the club and mini-disco at 20.30, but my son did not suffer, because there are many of our compatriots in the hotel and all with children.) Yoga, fitness classes, including in the pool, a game of boccia and darts, a show from 9.30 pm every evening are held for adults. The territory is fenced, on one side there is an overgrown wasteland, on the other there is a river that divides the hotel territory from the neighboring one, but you can not go down to it - it is fenced with a chain-link fence, but ducks, geese and the carousel area of the neighboring hotel are clearly visible. It is impossible to say that the territory is impressive in my opinion, but a huge advantage is that the neighboring hotels are not located side by side, which means they do not interfere so much with the vacationers of the hotel. And, of course, the main advantage of the hotel is the views of the surrounding area! Azure sea and snow-white pier on one side, majestic mountains on the other)). In the evening (after 17.00) by the pool at the entrance to the hotel, you can watch the sun set behind the mountains, and its last rays flash on the water surface. The concept of "ultra ol inclusive" in the hotel is not very bad, although the local sausage and dairy (not counting the packaging and ayran) are specific and the child did not eat them. Breakfasts: one type of soup, "oats with milk" and some additives (but the child did not eat), fried eggs, eggs with milk, omelet with local sausage, greens, cheeses, local sausages, ham, pasta, buckwheat, breakfast cereals milk to them and cold and you can take hot honey in honeycombs, nuts, yoghurts, fruits apples, peaches, caught medlar... in general, an adult will find something to eat, it was harder to please my child. Lunches and dinners are very diverse – more than 50 types of dishes, including salads and snacks. I am pleased with the abundance of greenery, it is disappointing that it is not washed well. Watermelons are sweet, strawberries should be chosen. Sweets are the most delicious locally, but cakes and pastries for an amateur), except for wet chocolate and brownies, I did not like them. There are many grilled dishes for dinner: fish, meat and vegetables. Themed dinners are often made (Italian and Turkish are excellent, and Japanese is not very good, although seafood is the most diverse at this dinner). Drinks: non–alcoholic, usual for 3*, but fresh drinks were expected at 5*, and not only pepsi, orange, lemon and grapefruit concentrates... It is better not to drink "custard" tea - it reminds our canteen, there is no coffee from the coffee machine, but you can order it in the lobby or at the Turkish beach and there it is brewed in a turk, but it's not impressive either. I was pleased with the ayran – it is always fresh and pleasant. I tried to order 2 types of cocktails, if you do not specify about the originality of the drink, then only local drinks are used, I did not drink, very unpleasant, chemical, although the local red wine is quite decent. The children's room is separate, there are small tables and chairs, there are armchairs for kids, there is a refrigerator with milkshakes and yoghurts in packages and bottled water. On the transfer table there are two types of the second, one soup and two side dishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, there are breakfast cereals and dried fruits, local sweets, dragees, desserts of three types. There is a place to warm up something for your child. In general, the children's area was disappointing, sparse and unsightly, there are screens hanging, but there are no cartoons or beautiful pictures, although it is more pleasant and quieter to sit there.) In general, the impression from the food is good, everything is fresh, fresh or sluggish, I have never met, there were also seafood mussels, shrimp (but you have to stand in line) and squid rings, but I couldn't eat fish, it was too bland and bony, although it is both for lunch and dinner, and it was red and white. Services: the hotel on the minus 1st floor has a hammam, sauna, mini gym, massage (from 30 euros), including soap (did not like it), massage is not done by specialists (elementary ignorance can harm), scrubbing (from the latter ambiguous impressions too large fractions just scratch the skin, especially on face). A photo shoot can be ordered at the hotel. 1 photo costs 6-7 euros, 20 minutes. they take pictures, then choose the photos you like, they are "photoshopped" if necessary and "poured" onto a phone / USB flash drive, or printed, which is good principle: you don't like the photos, you can not take them, it works. There is a late check–out service, at the same time, if you extend the room until 15.00. then you pay 30 euros, until 17.00 - 60, this is due to cleaning, because rooms are cleaned before 16.00, and it is impossible to hand over a room that has not been cleaned. Wi-Fi works fine throughout the territory, even on the beach, of course, there are failures, but for me there was no criticality. The staff is responsive, they try to solve the problem as quickly as possible, one Russian–speaking employee works at the reception every shift, all the others use translators perfectly - they type the text and show you the translation in Russian.) Summarizing: choosing between a vacation in Sochi for more than 200 TR (for two for 10 days with breakfast/dinner) and this hotel in Turkey for 177 TR (for two for 12 days, with ultra inclusive, individual. transfer), the choice was obvious. And yet, in my opinion, the prices are unreasonably high for a fairly average service, such as in the 2000s was in good 3* hotels.
